Not read anyone say hes not good enough and needs to be replaced. Might have read that seeing its a cup game others should get time and give him a rest. Also read that his passing (tho he does make alot and a high % are complete) isn't his strongest point and what we have cried out for is a faster Cescy like with better defending skills. Or maybe utilize Luiz more and let him do some deep pocket playmaker jobs as well. Or maybe a 3 man CM would suit us better? Christ he was an amazing buy for us and I wouldn't have complained if he was double his price. But with teams now sussing out our CM we need something different to offer them.

Nah cant see either of them, We know it will be. Willian - Bats - Pedro Chalobah - Cescy - RLC Happy - JT - Cahill - Iva Bego And I do understand RLC getting time for potential loaners to see him and great to see JT back for one but dont see any benifit in Iva playing as hes surely outta here in summer..

My thoughts exactly about aiming our sites too low. But we arent any of those teams you mentioned and have always had proilems attracting 9s and 10s mate. Me I'd pay whayevers necessary to get them and not worry about bringing in the accademy. But I'd probably bankrupt the club and every Blues fan would hate me for ignoring our overhyped youth. In reallity a good mixture would be perfect but we do need more actual tallented creative players. All really hard decisions to make and I hope Conte gets it right.

I do hear you and on principal its all well and good but turn it aropund. Do we let all the ones that are't being used just stay where they are achieving nothing either for the loaned to club, the player himself or us in bringing his rep higher or to use ourselves. Do we settle for bringing in a player that did well or should we set our sites higher and buy real talent (if available of course) I cant remember him setting the \Bridge on fire. We dont have the magnetism to get 'big name' polayers these 'bigger' clubs have so we either have to beg,bribe,blackmail,beat and torture them to come or we pay over the odds to get them. Or we get ourselves a transfer team that works alongside the manager to get players we need AND will USE.

Can't we have a whip round to get him? It would gimme a semi to see him,Eden and Diego up there.
