Its just complete lunacy. It hurts to see us like this. But what I find odd is that theres some that dont seem to feel any worry or fear for what is occurring. I am normally the eternal optimist but I gotta tell ya I'm shit scared. Agree. And this is 1 problem about our loan system. OK it is necessary to send players out for various reasons but it can then cause them to feel grievance towards us with them thinking we dont give a toss about them. So we have to keep in constant contact with the more hopeful ones. Making sure they FEEL they are important to US and WE care about their future. Its obvious AM got into Tibos head and heart. I read recently that we should have put a clause into his contract - and all other players we sign from outside England, that we insisted that his family were to join him in UK. Now I'm in 2 minds about this but I can understand it. Not sure about the same clause in a managers contract as GENERALLY they dont stay at clubs as long as players. Not here anyway.

Zola is just going yo be here for helping Sari out with language,settling him in and club related stuff. He wont be anything to do with management.

With the ZZ leaving RM because Perez refused to buy Eden how is that going to work out? I always figured it was because he wanted to work with his idol ZZ that he wanted to go not because he liked RM as such.

I'm sure that we ALL want what is best for the club but you know what its like when you bring emotions into something you love and you dont think nothing is being done. You feel let down and unloved. All thats being said is just letting off steam. Its just difficult to keep those emotions under wraps at times like this and stay carefree. How I see it anyway. Just opinions bud.

We have had months to sort this problem out tho mate. Its not happened over night. The north London club brought in a manager quick because they knew it was going to happen We have lost all our leadership. Its like we are in some deep Chelsea ketamine hole! Frozen in time with the world moving around us while we stand motionless. The optimistic me thinks that as soon as the managers named all the cards will fall into place but the pessimistic me thinks I'm a twat for thinking like that!!

Well we aren't geting Golo,Kovacic AND Seri are we. Golo and N'Golo with either Seri or Kovacic would be ideal I cant see RLC/Waterboy staying. Baks and Barks for depth options but really unsure what will happen with Cescy.
