Glad that Roman is staying around. It cant be helped that media 'reporters' jump at the chance to pull us and him apart with the club always tight lipped and Roman never giving any type of interwiew. Other clubs seem to be able to ask for investors or sell the name of their ground without much problems. All thats happening is hes checking out prospective investors thru a large financial company.

"A very poor challenge!" I'm all for going in hard but thats a big difference to dangerous. The thing thats always got me is that refs never have to be made accountable in a post game media interview. They can totally fuck up a teams season yet carry on that night like nowt happened. Or even if they had to meet some referee adjudicator to give them a rundown and explain some decisions it may make reffing a more generalized thing than have very good and utter shite. I do sometimes think refs just do something to cause cortroversy and get their 5 minutes of fame.

Referee announced for Chelsea vs Bournemouth - and it may not please the club's supporters The Blues are looking to make it four wins from four on Saturday Lee Mason will take charge of the game at Stamford Bridge this weekend having been the man in the middle for two of the Blues' Premier League matches last season, including against Huddersfield Town which left the Blues out of pocket. https://www.football.london/chelsea-fc/fixtures-results/chelsea-vs-bournemouth-referee-willian-15081734

Napoli's Elseid Hysaj 'delighted' move to Chelsea did not go through - agent http://www.espn.co.uk/football/soccer-transfers/story/3615414/napolis-elseid-hysaj-delighted-move-to-chelsea-did-not-go-through-agent I think this whole article full of BS about how much he wants to play for Ancelotti is all about this :::::>>>>>> "Not going to Chelsea? Hysaj is delighted to have stayed," Guffredi told CalcioNapoli24. "He has a great desire to be coached by Ancelotti." Guffredi also confirmed that he is planning talks with Napoli over a new contract for Hysaj. "He is a smart lad and knows he can improve a lot under Ancelotti," the agent added. "In the next few weeks, we will talk to the club about a contract renewal.

Its a funny picture isnt it!!

Thats exactly what my gooner mate said sitting here atm. But I thought that would want to be where he retired managing Portugal ishhh I still think HE wants to leave a big GOOD mark on a club and to leave it with everyone happy. Cant bloody see it mind but I think HE would like it.
-
His defense problem wouldn't be as big if Luiz wasn't having his own issues. But I do think that once we get the team pressing and defending tighter those issues wont be as big as they are now. And to be fair on the guy he wasn't the only player not to do his job for several months last season. I do wish we had gone for Telles! He would be great with us

APPAREMTLY some media thinks not hahaha Can you see him at either place? He says Perez still likes him and he thinks PSG are magical. Jose Mourinho to PSG or Real Madrid? Where could Man Utd boss go next if sacked? JOSE MOURINHO is under pressure at Manchester United - but where could the world-class coach possibly go if he is forced out of Old Trafford? https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1009479/Jose-Mourinho-PSG-Real-Madrid-Manchester-Utd-boss-next-club-sacking

Its amazing that he wants a payrise up from £110k a week to £270k Why Chelsea would be the ideal destination for this £110,000-a-week star and not Man United https://soccersouls.com/2018/08/28/why-chelsea-would-be-the-ideal-destination-for-this-110000-a-week-star-and-not-man-united/ I just love reading this bit. Lets hope we get allot of players thinking this way "Chelsea are in the new era of playing football, for which any attack-minded player would jump in to take part. At Manchester United though, the situation is the exact opposite in the sense of playing style and the managerial epidemic".

“Yeah I would (be nervous), in a nutshell. I think he’s got that in his locker, he wants to show how clever he is at times. “I think if you get it wrong as a centre-half, it generally leads to shots at your goal.

Nice one! TBH I'm a bit taken back at how well we have adjusted to Sarri. I know in Conte year 1 we adapted well to him but we already had the defense part down, iy just needed tweaking. Tho the lads did great in how well it went. But its such a massive change FOR US to change our complete way of playing. I was expecting us to give it a try half heartedly but taking awhile to get the basics and expected a mid table finish. But its shown that we have the makings of a world beating team with some time and a couple of tweaks. I'm excited and I just hope that the powers that be are watching and realize whats occurring.

BUT its where would HE go? The PL clubs youre talking about dont have a big enough profile OR could probably afford him. Tho I suppose it would large up their profiles. But theres still some clubs around Europe that might take him on but not with his playing styles.
