Mrs Can you actually see Pep taking Luiz on at his age for any money? I'd do it tho. And I think we were daft not going for Shaw too. Its not that I think Alonso has been bad cause I do think hes holding his shit defensively together (and seeing as it seems Sarri doesn't like Emerson for whatever reason), but hes fast and IMO stronger in defense. He would come in handy for if we was in front against a strong attacking team.

On deadline day, Chelsea confirmed deals for six players to leave on loan – Charly Musonda (Vitesse), Tammy Abraham (Aston Villa), Michael Hector (Sheffield Wednesday), Kylian Hazard (Cercle Bruges), Fankaty Dabo (Sparta Rotterdam) and Bradley Collins (Burton Albion).

HAHAHA You gert what I mean dont you eh!! Look how much the lads all love the little bugga. Let Pedro get his Freddy head on every week!

LOL Yeah looks like everyone agrees on names. I gave it to Mat K Allot of teams like these will defend against our style of playing with the 5 4 1

Who was MOTM?

Shame we shall be losing so many cause we really need practice passing with speed. We are still thinking along the lines of dribbling past players. And Eden really needs to have a word with himself about shooting more.

If I was gay Id be meat in a sarnie!

We are sitting on the ball far too lomg. Not passing it fast. I bet Sarris pissedv

I'd have thought tho IF Sarri did prefer Willian he would have been playing the RW and Pedro on LW till Eden was fit. For quite a while I never thought there was much between the 2 and never really cared which was playing RW. But in this system I'd take Pedro every time. (watch Willian have a blinder now!) But like we said mate who are we to judge. Just preference. But it is hard at times to accept some choices. Come on lads lets kick their arses!

I'm surprised with Willian in after how Pedros been doing.

LOL Doesmt really have any news in it eh!

Sarri will pick the new Chelsea captain after the international break Will it be Dave? Eden? Or is there a dark horse candidate? https://weaintgotnohistory.sbnation.com/2018/9/1/17807516/sarri-will-pick-the-new-chelsea-captain-after-the-international-break I know Dave is our hearts choice and Eden would be a option that we would hope strive him on to do better things and sign his fuckin contract. But is he REALLY a captain that can shake the lads up when needed? Do we really think hes that character> I might go for Jorgi boy myself. Hes fitted in great. In the center of everything and watch him always pointing out things that needs doing.

Europa League Draw: Chelsea face trips to Greece, Belarus, and Hungary
Unionjack replied to James's topic in Chelsea Articles
I like all of them! I know some are a pain in the arse and dont SEEM to be worth it nut I reckon the players should be up and ready to win every tournament in front of them. Look at the majority of teams in UK. They would do their bollocks to be in these tournaments wouldn't they? We have beem spoiled into thinking we are too good for these 'trivial' cups and expect to be in the CL yearly. But cast your mind back to when winning any cup made ya feel great. Our youth look at our 1st team and get stiffies thinking about one day just being in a team that plays on a cold monday night in Stoke so imagine how they would feel being able to hold the LC or Europa League Cup aloft. I've not been to Greece in years but I'm looking forward to going to see the lads in this comp. It will be a great craic! -
Think about it Mrs. Has there EVER been a manager put a team out that you have been completely happy with? I can't think of 1 myself. Theres been some that I've hung my head and wondered WHY???? So right now I'm thinking along the lines of Sarri still finding his way thru his best options. I don't see him as a over emotional guy but instead looks at all his angles. I don't see him playing someone who is going to fuck the balance up for too long. He's doing OK so far IMHO so I'll give him as much space and time he needs until it looks like what hes doing isn't working. But right now even with the work that obviously needs to be done and some tweaks made I like the way it's shaping up! We knew this wasn't going to be an overnight fix and I think its a much harder transition the lads have had to do than Conte year 1. One game at a time and I love eating cherries!

Those vids will be from when they meet other Greek clubs. They go bonkers. Petrol bombs, their chairman marched onto the pitch with a gun in his belt to have a go at the ref, they dumped a crate of anchovies over the Olympiakos bench (their nicknames are the anchovies) they set fire to a van full of opposition fans while they were in it, But they must have really hard arses! They threy a bog roll at the Olympiakos team boss and it hit him in the mouth knocking him unconcious!! They kept him in hospital overnight for "internal bleeding of the lip"!! And they dont just go bonkers at footy games. They rioted at a womems handball game against AEK Athens attacking each other with petrol bombs and knives and in one riot at a volleyball game one guy was killed! Wait till they meet the mighty Blues! lol

I mentioned somewhere something similar Alonsos defensive weaknesses wouldn't be as bad if we didn't also have Luiz's and vise versa But to have them both together its going to be painful at times. And with Georgi not the stromgest defender we have to compensate somehow and sadly we dont have many options right now until we TRY to upgrade IF possible other than to let the Wee Baldy Man do a box to box job. With Kovacic good defending and attacking he can handle allot of the top end stuff and WBM can nip up n down where hes needed.

He starts every season looking quite relaxed, happy and ends up with these bags under his eyes and the 1000 yard stare.. Another classic Mou day! Tho this bit was funny But Spurs fans mocked Mourinho on Monday, singing "you're not special any more" at the Portuguese, who was quick to reference United's FA Cup semi-final victory over Mauricio Pochettino's side. "They didn't have that song when we beat them at Wembley a couple of months ago," Mourinho said. "It was for a cup final they had a big dream to go to - a title they had a big dream to win because they don't win many - in that night at Wembley the United fans were singing 'the Special One' and of course they [Spurs supporters] were not singing that."
