Nice. Best of all - the feeling was back. Good feeling among our players, a belief. We have Hull on Friday to improve our confidence further, so that's nice too. Conte tried something different and should be praised for that. As I said already - he could be stubborn, but at the end he learns. Also, we have no midfield. Oh man, one good balanced midfielder, one Rakitić, difference he would make.

This is why Conte is better manager than Jose Mourinho. Bravo, maestro! (Fabregas, Pedro, Hazard and Giroud all playing, no Cahill)

Conte is maybe not doing us favor in this moment in speaking the harsh truth all of the time, but long term that's exactly what this club needs. Someone important to say that this team is not good enough and that he made them better, and that our board is not doing good job. Truth is important.

I just think Salah and Klopp are match made in heaven. Klopp likes r'n'r football, and Salah is so damn aggressive in pressing and attacking spaces that it looks insanely beautiful. Salah is playing on the best level that he could ever possibly reach - Hazard is definitely not, he would need more technically gifted players and better striker(s) around him to achieve that. Also, consider that Liverpool plays without classic number 9. Firmino is like another creator, good link-up player that can occasionally score, but his main strengths are not scoring. It's way easier to play alongside player like that, he will always feed you with good balls and link-ups. Salah is their main man upfront, same as CR is for Real. Firmino is something like Benzema - player from shadow that keeps their attack ticking. Hazard is always "behind" Morata/Costa, who are main targets for balls, and Hazard is mainly here to build up attacks for striker, not to finish the attacks.

Kante is a very good player, one of our bests, but he is not world class. He offers just too little with the ball, and is not strong or tall to provide us in that aspect. If he is world-class, than what is Vidal, who offers so much in attack, and is defensively as good as Kante? God? Of course, our NGolo is very very good player, glad we have him. Verratti might be better than him, but as things stands now I consider Verratti inconsistent and I really don't think he is fulfilling his enormous potential, so I would rather have Kante. He is always 'there', but really needs one great breakthrough season to prove he has matured. He would thrive under Pep tho. Sent from my HTC Desire S using Tapatalk

Results from WAGNH. I'm pleased.

I am doing this for our fans to see that board can be (heavily) criticized too. Why always put blame on manager? Ok, Abramovich might not leave, but Marina, or whoever is in charge of transfers? Why not? They are doing shit for years now, and fans are doing what? Sitting their asses, writing in Contes' thread that he is not perfect manager. Lol, he was never perfect, and there is no perfect manager. It's not like we didn't know that he wasn't perfect. and he doesn't need to be. He is very good manager, or at least good manager. Our board stuff isn't good, at all.
-
Fabregas is shit, let's not fool ourselves. He showed that today too. Some good pass here and there. His close control and dribbling is Bakayokos' level, and add to that him being weak as fuck. Couldn't agree more with you. Our players are just not good enough. The ones that played, ones on the bench, all of them. Some tweak might have been made, but that would be minor tweak and ask God if it would help us at all.

Yes, they changed manager after they have reached their peak. Enrique and Zidane both have won the UCL and league. We are not Real and Barca, they could buy any player they want, they don't even need manager sometimes. We are Chelsea, at the most competitive Premier league ever. We are in danger to go mid-table next season. And what's the worst that could happen to Real/Barca? Finishing third in a league?

I'm having a partey here. Care to join?
-
Damn it's lonely up here. Please people, join the parteeeey! Can I have a poll here? "Do you still think the board with mr Abramovich at it's head still knows what's the best for a club?" Fuckin cripples. Chelsea pre-2003 was better than this, and it could be again. EDIT: , here is a drink for anyone who joins the party.
-
He have made mistakes today. Giroud seemed healthy enough to play, he should've react sooner to Bakayoko being shit, either before the game, or after his first yellow. But no way in hell I think he should be sacked. No. Way. In. Hell.
-
We are losing every fuckin game and not a single "moaning" post here? Well, fuck you board. And fuck you mister Abramovich. Incompetent bastards. YOU brought this to us!
-
Is it time for a "do you want Conte to leave" poll?
-
Why should Conte be happy with a goal? We didn't create 2 chances in whole game, we scored from solo effort.
-
I'm really interested in who really wanted Bakayoko. Was he Conte's first choice? Did board want him? Whoever it was, made a huge mistake.
-
You see, Enrique is complaining too, and hasn't even got here.
-
Don't know about this "vote of confidence", we are still in pole position to finish in top 4, even top 3, so we'll see after tonight's game, situation is not that bad. Media have sure blown it out of proportions. But he for sure wants to stay, and even extend his stay if club wants it too, so that's great.
-
Why isn't anyone after Milans' Suso? Scored wonder goal today, very good player overall and only 24yo. Very good with the ball, great, explosive dribbler, solid shoot and very good long pass in him. Left footed, perfect for right side of attack. Would cost 30 millions less than Mahrez.
-
Well, as long as some only focus on negativity about Conte and blame him for things he isn't at fault on, I will feel there is a need.
-
I think he indicated that over last transfer windows we actually needed those 8 players for depth, rotation and replacing those who left, but we don't anymore - now we can focus solely on bringing quality. He is actually always talking about building something for long term, to build strong foundation. But let's ignore that, right? Who cares if our coach wants to build something important for whole next decade? Let's just focus on his criticizing.

Real Madrid is total mess. I would literally take any of their midfielders. Modrić, Kovačić, Kroos, Isco, Ceballos.
-
I guess our players are dead-lifting too much, DAMN THOSE HAMMIES!
-
It wasn't fantastic. Oscar, Willian and slow defense that couldn't play anything with the ball or press high. No width from proper full-backs. Slow midfield with no legs. There's a reason second half of that season was horrible.
