  1. It was a pleasure, sir. This board doesn't deserve you. Sack the man so he can find a new job, show some respect.
  2. You don't sack Conte to appoint Blanc. Conte is not fucking Moyes, we are talking about one of the top 7 coaches in the world. Don't know if keeping Conte is even an option, but only Sarri could be worth of sacking him, no one else. Poslano sa mog SM-A310F koristeći Tapatalk
  3. Yes, if you have normal central midfielders. Bakayoko - Kante - Fabregas in midfield would be possession based? Well... During Arsenal game he changed formation because he saw our defense was shit, that we have no midfield for playing football, and that our attack with Costa and Hazard could be strong and benefit with more freedom if we balance our team out. It's coincidence that he knew how to play 3-man defense, but whether we like to admit it or not, our defense wasn't good enough to play 2(4) in defense, don't know if they are good enough now, probably not. 4-1-4-1 at the beginning of 2016-17 was disaster.
  4. What I don't get is why are people thinking that Sarri would play exactly the same formation at Chelsea as he was at Napoli? Any great manager plays formation that suits the players he has. Exactly what Conte done last season, one of the best "tailoring" I have ever seen. "He played Mertens as CF so he will play Hazard as CF and whole team would press like mad". Yes, and I am Moses. Peak of this team was last season. And even if we still had Costa and Matić that wouldn't be anything close to match City, or even United. If we bring Sarri and keep the same shit transfer policy, we have done nothing.
  5. Yes I am. Klopp's team is depending on only one player, without Salah they are average. You are telling me that you would trade our last two seasons with Conte for LFC's last 2 seasons with Klopp (and no trophies)? LFC is overrated.
  6. Feeling bad for Salah tho. injuring himself like that at beginning of final, knowing he is theirs only hope, and now unsure if he could even play in WC, for country where he is only good player... damn. That was brutal.
  7. When I see this pathetic Liverpool with their pathetic players, I appreciate Conte even more.
  8. Ramos is bully, and CR is new Inzaghi. But Bale, that left foot, dear God... Liverpool have lack of quality all around. Their system is perfect, but at the end of the day - Conte won 2 in 2, Klopp have won 0 in 2 (or 3), haters will hate!
  9. If you want to sack Antonio, just fucking sack him. Are you crazy with this delaying? What a morons...
  10. Hazard now moaning about transfers too. Damn it, it must be this Conte's influence... Don't know what else could it be! How did they not learn just to suck it up and shut up and do their jobs. I mean, are we paying them so much so they can have their opinions and freedom of speech? Gosh, world gone mad...
  11. Well, by logic that CONTE needs to leave the club, Hazard now needs to too. Not being like last season, moaning about transfers, not knowing if he wants to be here anymore. Right?
  12. Sabotaging? On purpose? I guess you have some insider info that I'm not aware of... Poslano sa mog SM-A310F koristeći Tapatalk
  13. If Conte stays, than our stupid board MIGHT be showing awareness that we need some new good players and different approach with transfers. If we get new manager they will think he will solve all our problems, that's for sure. They done it past, why not again? No one can work miracles with this players, no one. There may be season where we get into some crazy form, like 2016-17, and do some damage, but others are now just too strong for it to be enough. Conte staying would make a clear message - we (the board) were wrong and a lot of our players are not good enough for Chelsea.
  14. I think 4-2-3-1, with 3 offensive guys behind striker (not some Lingaard shit who is almost full back), can only be compact with two midfielders which are both very-good to great defensively. Eg. Wanyama and Dembele, Mascherano and Xabi, Vidal and Xabi etc. I am not saying team cannot be great without that, it's just not compact then. But, some teams doesn't need to be compact. I highly doubt we should be pushing for being possession based team... only if new manager comes, one who would have agreement with club about bringing possession based players. We are still miles away from being possession based team, based on the players we have, and one Jorginho wouldn't change that. But, with him we could be MORE possession based, I agree with that, but not enough to be called possession based. One healthy balance between compact and possession based team would satisfy me.
  15. Well, I strongly disagree. I don't think Hazard is that much of a passer, I think he should be closer to goal, linking up, dribbling and scoring. And he is too tactically immature for playing midfielder. Why tie him up? Man needs to have free role, that's why #10s are worlds for themselves, and that's why I never consider them midfielders, and that's why formation 4-2-3-1 exists - to have two tactically mature, physically good midfielders, who will cover up for those 3+1 upfront. I mean, ok, some teams are playing 4-2-3-1 with let's say Casemiro, Modrić and Isco. But Modrić and Isco are world-class technicians, if you have players like those you play possession based football. Even if we bring Jorginho, that wouldn't be enough for us to do that, with Willian/Pedro/Martial, I don't trust either of them. We would still need to be very compact to cover up for our offensive deficiencies. I would rather have one of Willian/Pedro/Martial, switch to 3-4-3 and play Moses as RWB to balance everything out. But, if we bring Mahrez, let's say, than I would give it a try. Like Conte said - you need to tailor formation to players you have. If you have Hazard, you play either 4-3-3 with him on the left, or you play 4-2-3-1 if you want him as a number #10, depending on kind of midfielders you have.
  16. This is no 3-man midfield. This is 4-2-3-1. Hazard would never go back to help midfield, he is an attacker, he is more striker than midfielder...
  17. They would share defensive responsibilities. Kante would roam around less. He wouldn't even need to do it in that extent, if ultra-creative Jorginho is in the team... We could turn Jorginho into what was Xabi Alonso. And I repeat, we have THREE central defenders, let's not be so afraid of defensive duties...
  18. Thay can, but also Drinkwater and Jorginho could play together too. And why they wouldn't? Because Drinkwater is shit. Cesc is too... not good enough.
  19. I think people are overthinking about those striker options. Just give us a man who will score when given a chance, and who would offer something, anything else, aside from that (like Auba offers insane pace for example... and yes, he scores high amount of clear chances). Doesn't every striker needs to be Drogba. He could even be just a poacher if he is really really great at that, like Icardi.
  20. Too good to be true... His football IQ is imposing. Both game dictating, predicting open spaces and positioning himself while defending. He is not the strongest or the fastest, but workrate is there, running is there, and really big footballing brain is there. I think he is good enough to play in midfield two. Hell, even Cesc sometimes played in midfield two, why couldn't this guy? Miles ahead of Cesc. And also, why the hell we have three CB-s if we cannot afford one midfielder like this? (And, as far as I know, he is playing with Hamsik and some other DMF in midfield. You think Hamsik is helping more in defense than Willian or Pedro? Really doubt it.)
  21. This man is beast, really good. I just don't know how would he look in 2-man defense, because in 3-man everything seems easier, from positioning to always having cover up for your mess in another CB.
  22. I was wrong about him, he is not that good. Great reflexes, but really low defensive IQ. We don't want to lose Courtois.
  23. I really just don't care anymore. Win the FA cup, or don't. Get UCL place, or don't. Conte stay or go, I don't care. I guess I am 55% for him staying, but that's it. We are train wreck. From board, to players, and now even to coach. No harmony, no sustainable development. I don't want UCL finish and fuckin cup to cover our problems, we need to fail like this. We need to get what we deserve. Just shut this season down.
  24. I think Kenedy shoud go. RLC def not. Bats? I don't want to let him go, but with Giroud and Morata in squad he will leave by himself... About Zouma... If Cahill or Luiz would leave, he could come back to us (actually, I'd prefer both to leave, bring back Zouma and buy another CB) Most of others I would loan out again, maybe I would sell MVG and Baba, but I cannot say for sure because I am not in the know so much about our loans.
