Aguero were the same last season and even after a lengthy period out and he came back injured again and that was the way for the whole season. We need a Falcao/Remy/Bony now, it is a must with this injury serving as a clear warning of what could happen if we rely on Costa too much. Don't even know why the club decided to bring back Drogba, I think he will show on the weekend how past it he is, can he even lasts 90 mins a BPL match anymore?

With Costa now out and Drogba/Torres starting I can see we get a lucky 1-0 win at best or at worst lose 2-1. Probably a draw will be the result which is not too bad.

Imo the best, especially during that 2007-09 period. Scored goals for fun and pace was frightening, also shined on the big occasion for Spain. Maybe at the time Ibra, David Villa, Rooney/Tevez, Drogba...etc were around but at that 08-09 period he was the best of them all imo.

Actually think about it if we sell him and doesn't get anyone in, we are actually extremely light weighted in attack. Drogba is always going to pick up a few injuries here and there now considering his age, even if he doesn't it is not like he is gonna contribute a lot. Costa is largely injury free, but atm we are gonna be relying on him just as much as Atletico did last season, maybe even more considering we got Capital One, FA Cup...etc which I am sure he will play eventually. Jose is not gonna follow MU example last night which could lead to his burnout maybe after Xmas-March like it did last season for him at Atletico. I actually hope Remy is signed regardless of Torres, if he stays can we not register him in the squad or are we not allowed to sign anymore players until some of our leaves?

Most exciting Chelsea departure in history surely? I mean even when the Mikel, Kalou...etc rumors came about, nothing is as excited as this. Maybe David Luiz as well but only because we managed to mug PSG and some of his fan boys were still feeling sorry for him. Show how bad Torres has became over the year really, I mean this is his own club fans telling him to fuck off and not from other teams, whose fans are actually feeling sorry for him(check RAWK if you don't believe me).

At the very worst he fucks up at Milan as well and come back to us next summer with 1 year left on his contract, just give him the (very expensive) Malouda treatment and tell him to accept it or fuck off to Atletico for free. Are Milan mental? selling Balotelli and signing someone else for around the same fee+ wages, albeit much older and worse. Admittedly he doesn't bring trouble, but then he will bring miserable by missing from 2 yards on regular basic( at least a few times every season). The end of his Chelsea career has been confirmed bar a miracle for him(Courtois injured, starts fighting with Jose, wants to leave for some personal reasons, forgot how to be a GK overnight). HE WILL NEVER WIN HIS PLACE BACK, because if he does that means Courtois will leave and unless one of the above(last scenario is likely his best hope) happens, it will just not going to be. If I was his agent I would start calling Barcelona, PSG, Monaco or whoever now and maybe try to arrange a loan with an option to buy in Jan in case of PSG when their restriction are gone.

He is top 5 wingers in the world atm(based on last season and WC form) and don't compare prices, it doesn't work like that. Hazard had a release clause of 26m, 6m is agent fee and MU/City refused to pay it. At the time it was a lot of money. Lallana for example 25m, Fabregas 27-30m says it all. Different circumstance, I am sure if given a choice Liverpool would go for Fab but it doesn't work that way.

Fucking £60MILLION? I know he is good but Jesus that is so fucked up. He would have to create 15 goals min for the next 5 years to justify that fee. Shaw 30m, Hererra 30m and now this.
