If we play a 4-2-3-1 then i can definitely see him getting significant playing time but in a 4-3-3 i dont think he'll get much playing time.

If we sign De rossi and shift to a 4-3-3 formation then we already have enough options De rossi/mikel KDB/Oscar Ramires/Lampard So Van Ginkel will have a hard time breaking into the 1st team hence i think a loan would be the best for him.

We have signed van ginkel so dont think we'll be after this lad.
