I think the EPL is a bit different to what is was in '93 lol. It will be very difficult to think we can win such a league full of players under 23 years old. Especially going to Old Trafford, Anfield, Emirates etc. I can actually see us being the best team in the world, honestly but we might go 3 years without any trophies first.
-
Well, here we go, the first major test to see how good and where we actually are. Man City haven't added to last season have they so we should know what to expect from them. They wont know what to expect from us but tbh their experience and power will probably see them win the game. We have players not playing and a few not there. I'll be surprised if we win it.
-
Just get the feeling we're planning so far to the future that we're not focussing on players that can actually get the job done here and now. We're looking at great potential but maybe we're looking to develop them over a 3 year period without winning anything and then in 4 years time, we'll challenge. I like Moses a lot, as i like Hazard, Marin, Romeu, Lukaku, Oscar etc but we're not gonna win much with so much inexperience and youth in the team. Just seems to me like this is Robbies team to develop for 2 years then Guardiola to finish it off.

Someone sold out! Congrats Manpe, deserved for a while now to be fair.

Monkeys are the closest thing to humans so them smoking is normal. Just like us

http://forums.liverp...fan-out-of-home Don't think there's anything on RAWK about it but i'm sure that will come. Here's views on another forum anyway. Also Cap, i'm not saying he should be beaten up but he can't be surprised if something does happen to him. This is a very sensitive subject to scousers and rightly so. If it was us, i'd be fuming.

So do we. Dunno why. Also some people across the world think tea with Milk is weird. I think tea without milk is weird. Tea bag, boiling water, milk, 2 sugars, rich tea biscuits. Thank you very much.

Welcome to TC and good luck setting up a Chelsea supporters club in a country dominated by Manc and Scouse fan boys. Hope you enjoy it here.

Had a cuppa tea just now. Absolutely shameful in a pub.

5 goals in 107 is very respectable, He obviously wants someone with a better strike rate than Torres.
-
At least all the goals were mistakes. They didn't exactly cut us apart and outclass us. We had a bad day (another one) which all 3 goals should've been easily avoided. Rather do these mistakes now than when it really matters. 5 or 6 were going through the motions, Meireles played.... and yeah, we got no Injuries. Man City lost to Oldham with a very good team out, that was worse. Both teams were simply looking to get out of there unscathed. They were training matches for us, FA Cup finals for our opponents. We need to just forget about this game now. What's done is done. We have a comfortable start to the premiership season until we go to the Emirates. We should be taking at least 13 points from our first 5 games. If we lose a couple or get less than 11 points, we can worry a bit but worrying over pre season is very premature. I expressed my annoyance after the game but it always takes a few days to sum everything up and be more rational. The defeats, as well as Robbie being pissed off with the performances should be a blessing in disguise. We'll not be taking anything for granted and will be more determined to beat City and start the league campaign well. It's ok beating shit teams 6-0 and 8-1 etc but you learn nothing from your team this way. We've had tests, we're on a losing run. Time to put it right when it matters most and let's go and win the Community Shield!

Really sad. I'm trying to find out what happened to him, even came across his twitter where he posted a picture just 4 days ago of him watching the Olympics with his little cat. These pics are so sad to see now after what has happened. He posted this 2 days ago Kirk Urso @kurso369 Let's go crew!!! Huge game tonight!! #Crew96 He didn't play in their last game as he was injured so cardiac arrest looks unlikely. It's a very weird case and so random.

If you are genuinely happy that 96 Liverpool fans died in '89 you are a bit of a sick bastard but getting it tattooed is way over the top. i don't understand these kinds of people. Keep it to yourself, don't express it and mock people because it's far from a joke. He's asking to get a good beating.

A MANCHESTER United fan who got a sick tattoo taunting rivals Liverpool over the Hillsborough disaster has been forced into hiding after receiving death threats. Dopey Danny Hornby had the words 96wne inked on to his back. The meaning – “96 was not enough” – is a cruel reference to the 96 Reds fans who died after the tragedy at the FA Cup semi final between Liverpool and Nottingham Forest on April 15, 1989. He then goaded Kopites by posting a picture of the offensive tatt on Twitter – sparking uproar from hundreds of furious fans who threatened to break his limbs and even kill him. Sudden death, next vote wins! (for the 2 with 13 votes each of course)

I've read this on various things today and can only laugh if it's true. I really hope to see PSG vs Man City in the UCL next season.
-
Stop being boring lol of course it's just a myth but it's still interesting. Ramsey doesn't score many and when he does, someone 'known' dies. I can't wait for Ramsey to score again, it's intriguing.

That's shocking and he's so young too. Devastating news. Good job the Korea GK saved his other pen or it woulda been 2! That curse is strange, very strange. http://uk.search-results.com/web?l=dis&o=1918&q=ramsey+urso&atb=sysid%3D2%3Aappid%3D102%3Auid%3Db3bd1820c09d78d3%3Auc%3D1325843897%3Aq%3Dramsey+urso%3Asrc%3Dcrb%3Ao%3D1918

He's English, young, powerful and quick so i'm sure he can get better. They're not bad qualities to have in fairness.
-
Technically he didn't hold on to it. I'm feeling a bit pissed off, i mean i watch the Olympics and see so many people who have accomplished so much and had great lives, becoming world stars and icons and i just think to myself, i wish that was me. I've failed horribly so far with my life. All my fault tho, just am never motivated to do everything to make it better. Hopefully i decide that one day, the comfort zone isn't enough any more. There's too many things i've been lazy to do in the last 10 years really, wish i could have those 10 years back.
-
I always rated him but he does seem to get caught out a lot especially with positioning at times. He also seems too big if you know what i mean. He reacts poorly, well that's what i've noticed in the last couple of years and also at these olympics too. When he has a good day, he's one of the best RB's in the business but when he's bad, he's pretty bad
-
Those pyramids certainly do make you think something could happen amongst so many other coincidences that seem to be forming but when will it happen? Closing ceremony? i think it's all bs but cool at the same time. I wouldn't be shocked if something did happen tho. There was an attack in Atlanta. Surprised North Korea aint attacked us yet because of the flag mix up. You know what they're like.

Ok so we've lost 3 in a row, the game before we were losing with 7 minutes to go so nearly lost that too. We looked shit too against Seattle conceding 2 and not scoring in the 2nd half and now we have Man City in the Community Shield. I'm fully aware that this is pre season, in fact i've made that excuse for all 3 games now and i'm getting bored of it and we're trying to get fitness levels up etc and going into the match like it's huge, giving 110% is not what's on the agenda but come on.... We look forward to watching the boys play and give us some optimism going into the new season. We should be looking to go into the City match full of confidence, looking sharp with 2 or 3 wins behind us in an unbeaten pre season like we have done in recent seasons. I don't know if we're taking it easy or if we're actually just not very good. Hazard basically told Robbie that he doesn't want to play on the left with his display and tbh nobody looked good. The worrying thing is that we seemed to be really trying but just looked rubbish. I really just hope that this was a subdued display and the style will be turned on against Man City on Sunday. This game matters now. It's not a huge game but it's certainly a game that matters as the CS is always nice to win to get a trophy that actually counts in the honours list and it sets the marker for the upcoming season. Judging by what i've seen, the chemistry doesn't look great, the players aren't playing like a team and are obviously not used to playing together and we need to do a hell of a lot of work in the week for Sunday because if we play like we did today, we're gonna get beaten comfortably if not horribly. I'm not overly concerned but 4 games without a win against pretty routine opposition as PSG and Milan had big players missing and struggling against Seattle... i'm not feeling too comfortable or confident right now. Anyway... It all starts for real on Sunday, then we can really judge.
-
Absolutely fucking shit. If the players don't wanna play, just go home and piss off. Pre season or not, it's a match, representing Chelsea with away fans there who have actually spent money on going. I care about pre season, i care about seeing Chelsea play well and get confidence for the season ahead and i hate to see this shit. It's embarrassing. We have no threat whatsoever, the goal was from a mistake. Pretty pissed off. Our defending has been shameful and not enough players have looked like they give a shit.
-
Really shit start, the tempo is just sad. I hope things improve but i can't see it. Might scrape a 1-0 win if lucky. Horrible performance.
