Absolutely incredible win after going 1-0 down and escaping post and bar moments to win the game and we deserved to win it too. We played the football and yes Everton caused us heaps of trouble but we dug in well and credit to the boys, the effort was first class. That is the performance and grit of a team that challenges for trophies. Frank Lampard still has the golden touch in a Chelsea shirt. Please Roman, sign him up. Stunning victory. We got lucky at times but we deserved the luck. So happy right now, GET IN!!

I must've watched part of every game today, there were some mad games. I put Man Utd on first, OG, turned to Villa Wigan, knew Villa were shit and had no chance so turned to Fulham - Swansea for the rest of the first half. I then saw Stoke 1-3 Southampton so watched that for the 2nd half. Del Prado missed the sitter of all sitters to put Saints 4-1 up but what a stunning strike from Cameron Jerome at the end, amazing hit. I also watched a bit of Norwich - City when it went to 4-3, mad day. Shame about the results but thet were expected really but the plus side is that both Mancs were far from convincing despite winning. Just hope Arsenal don't win and hope we avoid defeat tomorrow in what is a huge game.

I think it is luck. I know they do it a lot but look at Ameobi's shot against the inside of the post and their 2nd goal against Villa was an OG. They would've lost both if they hadn't got those bits of luck. Their winning goal against Newcastle was just a hopeful ball that wasn't well defended at all. Watching MOTD and seeing that Sammy Ameobi's shot his the post nearly made me cry. And if Man Utd don't get a last second winner, the ref just adds on another 2 minutes like the City game 3 seasons ago.

I'm just fed up with teams bottling it against them. How many times have Man Utd been behind this season? How many did they lose? Bottlers. They're not a great team, just an extremely lucky and fortunate one. We'll get them at Old Trafford this year, i can sense it.

Sunderland fans threatened with bans because they prefer to stand.

The stewards always tell us to sit down in the MHL but then we just start a 'stand up, if you hate Tottenham' chant so it doesn't work. It's hard to give your full support sitting, even in the pub i prefer to stand lol. -
We can win this but it will be very tricky. Fellaini missing obviously gives us a better chance although i would settle for a draw if offered right now. Winning this would be huge.

We're only trying to sign him on a short deal are we not? He's 31, he's still good. He'll also be good at 32 but the Maximum we can have him for i'd say is 18 months although i believe at a good team as a striker, he will carry on scoring goals for a while yet. I'd say the 31 year old 'cripple' is better than our 28 year old ... Flop? Cripple? Has-been? Whatever his description is now. Did Torres even touch the ball today? He's been better of late but i'd still not rely on him.

We're the best team in the league, maybe i'm biased but i actually genuinely, hand on heart believe that... i just can't believe that run we went on to go from 5 points clear to 10 or so points behind which was shocking. We'll win the league again soon when this squad has had a few years together. Man Utd and Man City have been so lucky at times this season, even Man Utd today, look at Newcastles efforts against the post and bar, it's not desire and courage, it's fucking luck! I'm disappointed that we are where we are considering the start we had but i know we're good enough to challenge for a fucking long time. P.S QPHAHAHAHAHAHA-QPR!

A 50/50 Boxing Day it has to be said. That Man Utd game was oh so predictable but oh so fucking heartbreaking but Man City and Liverpool losing was nice, very nice. I thought Villa might've held on against yids because although Villa were truly awful, Tottenham seemed to be struggling but Villa tried to play a bit more in the 2nd half and paid for it. They might go down, seriously, those 2 results will deflate them big time. Gotta laugh at Man City playing at the Stadium of Light, they always dominate but somehow lose there all the time, i've never seen a team get so unlucky at a stadium. We're now close to Man City now, 4 points behind with a game in hand but it's unlikely we'll over take them any time soon because i don't think we'll win at Everton on Sunday but you never know. We just have to keep fighting and keep believing. Anything is possible with us.

Great result indeed. Was a good performance but at H/T i was thinking back to the West Ham game because 1-0 just isn't comfortable and at that score, anything can happen. Credit the boys though for holding on and getting a very big win. Don't worry about Utd, City. Worry about us, we're coming for you!

Sneijder really hasn't done much for a couple of years, i think he could do with a change from Inter, i don't think they suit his game and Tottenham might. He'll be a star in the prem but i'd rather him not go to a team i hate. I'd wish him good things though because i've always loved him as a player. As long as he doesn't go to Arsenal i'm not fussed. He really could do with a move. He's at peak age too.
-
We'll never have another striker like him, simple as that really.
-
This would be too weird having 3 brothers in the same team. I'r rather it not happen if i'm honest even if he is amazing, it just doesn't seem right. They might start trying to better each other and get jealous if one's better etc.

Was a shame that the jet lag and tiredness was so that we held back and only managed 8 lol seriously to do that 2nd half against Leeds and Villa after that trip really sends out a message. Shame we didn't get the record, we could've got 10 yesterday. It was breathtaking. That was the same Villa side that won 3-1 at Anfield. Villa have messed us up so many times it's nice to give them those hammerings once every few years just to show them who's boss. There were crazy 3-3 and 4-4 games where they scored with seconds to go and a 3-1 Villa win at the bridge last season so the 7-1 and 8-0 gives it back and some! Just such a shame we couldn't attack like that in November. We are the best team in the prem, i honestly believe that and in a couple of years, it will show. We should be top now.
-
Finally Torres is looking happy ish with us and is scoring but he had his chance to get everyone on side and he blew in in the club world cup final. If he had converted that chance and let us to glory i would love him forever no matter what. He was very good yesterday against a very young depleted side. We'll only know if he's back to his best in the tough games like Everton away. I think he'll do ok against Norwich and maybe score but i have no confidence about the Goodison trip. I'd take a draw now if offered.
-
Merry Christmas to everyone here, hope you all have a good one.
-
And what they just did at Anfield. I'll be very happy to win this game, it wont be easy at all.
-
We always struggle against this lot home and away and our players must be pretty tired so it could be tough again. I reckon we may sneak it by a goal.
-
Beat Atletico in the UEL Final then beat Real Madrid in the Super Cup again. Happy days. Then win the 2014 UCL and win the Club World Cup then i can die happy.
-
Ah the good ol' cup winners cup. Well we've won the super cup anyway. Now i'm really hoping to win this more and more, the only English team to win the European set of trophies, yes please.
-
Ok so what haven't Liverpool won and how many times have Juve, Bayern and Ajax won the Europa League? Weird stat for me. If Uefa Cup counts as the Europa League, Liverpool have won it a couple of times and they've won the Super Cup. I'd love to know this one.
-
That UCL draw is awesome, probably as good as it could've possibly been. Let's hope all the English teams get ripped to bits and knocked the fuck out. Our draw was much more fun seeing different teams, not the same ol' boring Real, Barca, Milan etc although obviously would rather be in the first draw. Sparta Prague is a nice tie, our first match in the UCL in the Roman era was there. Will be a nice couple of games which i'm sure we'll prevail in.
-
That 2nd half was awesome, loved watching it. Gave my motm to Luiz because although he fucked up for their goal, that's what he does. He didn't hide and was absolutely fantastic apart from that moment with that great ball to Hazard to kill the game. I was so scared at H/T, full credit to the players, brilliant effort. So happy. The semi is the toughest we could've got but we can and should win this with the motivation of the 3 previous final defeats.
-
If we lose this, i will never forgive the players, the manager and even the owner. This is a massive game and we should fuck them over 3-0.
