The worrying thing is that it went from Chelsea 8-0 Aston Villa to Chelsea 0-1 QPR in like 2 weeks. Then we hammer Southampton away 5-1. It's a bit mad, it's unpredictable 1999 Chelsea again woooo.

Anyone who doesn't vote Ba motm is cruel n harsh imo lol. Mata is a genuis, a god, a super fucking magician we all know and was again today but for Demba Ba to sign yesterday and have the pressure of coming to a club like ours, with Torres as his direct opponent knowing he has to get goals and to nearly get a hat trick on his debut is awesomly brilliant. He's a proper striker, his movement was unlike anything we have seen this season (another pop at poof). Great performance and fantastic result. Sign Luke Shaw up (my brother knows him, he is a Chelsea fan).

Gutted, nothing on and Giggs does a hopeful ball to Van Persie on his weak right foot, yet he buries it so easily. I wish GK's would use their feet more, i mean so many shots go so close to them they get down too late, Jaaskelainen had a decent position, stick ya foot out ffs. RVP is the best striker in the world, no doubt. I hate that.

Joe Cole cross, James Collins header 1-1 Joe Cole cross, James Collins header 2-1. I hope they don't collapse like they did against em a couple of years ago.

Deja Vu.

Voted Muzchap, posted well and consistently.

Torres is better at creating than he is at scoring now. You know Rafa will try somehow to keep twat in the team.
-
His attitude this season has been different though. This season he's matured so well. In a bollocks team, he's made himself the main man and he's kept his head up. I like him. I'd like to see him here if we didn't have so many options in that CAM role. He's worked for the team, defended, created and always kept trying.
-
Dunno why but it just seems nice to see him back there. He needs games and he needs to be happy again. It's a nice move.
-
I liked hearing that Rafa is considering playing him with Torres. Gives us another option too with some kind of 4-4-2 variation. Tbh i'd like to see Torres behind Ba it times, it could work. I'm excited.

Harry did make a mistake on Taarabt though i think (At Tottenham), he proved against us that he's quality. Harry got his chance to make up for that mistake. Taarabt needs to get out of QPR, in a great team he'll be a great player. I didn't like him last season, thought the Championship was his level giving the difference between his 10/11 season and his 11/12 season but credit to him, in a struggling situation, he's been so good.
-
Didn't know him at all until about 20 guys in say.... a week abused him on FIFA Ultimate Team against me, fucking pace whore! But anyway did a bit of research on him and he does look pretty impressive i must say. We have Ba now though and i still believe we'll go for Falcao in the summer. Can't see this happening now we have Baaaaa.

Hello to all of you at Talkchelsea
Ollie replied to Graham Peters's topic in New Members - Say Hello!
Welcome to TC, hope you stick around because u won't find a better Chelsea forum so don't bother looking. And there's only 1 place for vintage/classic Chelsea shirts. Not impressed with your choice of favourite player though http://www.classicfootballshirts.co.uk/premiership-clubs/chelsea.html -
Ok maybe it has been posted so many times and i've missed it because so many ppl post so many pages and i don't have time to read the forum all day but... it deserves it's own thread To whoever has posted it, i will rep u all when i find it. *looks in Lampard thread* (seems wise). By the way my dad hated him at West ham, labelled him an "Over rated fucking poser". He hasn't lived it down lol. He was really against his signing. Lamps is now considered by me and me ol' man as our greatest EVER and he's seen many, he's 55 now, been going since '68.

Belgium is changing the face of modern football. Belgium is like the European Brazil or Argentina if Brazil is Spain although i'm still waiting for Eden Hazard to really give it some, he still seems a bit subdued, 2nd gear kinda tempo but he has shown cameo's of being a genius. Welcome to Talk Chelsea, the Belgium invasion is very Welcome. I always followed Club Brugge since we played them in the 1994/1995 Uefa Cup Winners' Cup. Lost the first leg 1-0 then won the 2nd 2-0 with Furlong and Stein, my first season watching Chelsea, still a very memorable tie for me.

AC Milan walk off pitch after racist chants stop the game
Ollie replied to TacticalBlues's topic in Football Chat
Happy he did it and credit to him, it sends out a real message. Nobody should ever take racial abuse and it was about time someone made a stand. The whole world has seen it, it sent out a clear message. Players have the power. -
Matt Holland was good but never at a high enough level. Scott Canham... never heard of him. I hope those 2 never watched the vid lol. I just love the fact that Harry was SO right. Not just a bit right but absolutely 100% bang on. That's the reason why managers are managers and not just managers virtually.
-
Ah sorry i just saw it and posted it. Was great to watch really, i'd love them to meet now and say 'told ya so'. Arry knows! Kinda wish he was at Chelsea instead of Rafa, he woulda been great for us.
-
Didn't post this in the Lampard thread because it may be missed, but i want you all to watch this if you haven't already. Credit to him. And proves that West Ham fans know nothing about football.

Bench the donkey and play the sheep. Feed the sheep and baaaa will score! Great signing, nice to see us sign a lesser named striker for only £7m, it's so nice to see. Can use him on FIFA too with twat face in a 4-4-2, finally 2 strikers yay lol. I hope he starts tomorrow, i'm looking so forward to this. I always get excited seeing new signings but to see a striker is nice. Anelka, Jan 08, Torres, Jan 11, Ba, Jan 13. We have a habbit of January (Panic?) Striker signings don't we.
-
I thought he was a breathe of fresh air but now i really dislike him. He's boring now and his attitude is gonna ruin his career. He's never going to fulfil his potential. I wish he'd just fuck off out the premiership, he's a disgrace to the league.
-
If we signed him for £20m i'd be concerned. We signed him for £7m so i'm not even a tiny bit bothered.
-
His knee is a "ticking time bomb" as said by Tony Pulis so he pulled out of a free transfer after leaving West Ham. Newcastle took a chance in 2011, it's now 2013. Have you heard him be out for months with knee trouble? I haven't. It can flare up but he's had no injuries in 3 years as far as i'm aware.

Yesterday's match ranks up there seriously i couldn't even stop thinking about it at work. In my lifetime and considering what Chelsea are now and considering the opposition, that is the worst league defeat in my lifetime, 100%. Bradford was pretty bad a decade or so ago as was Leicester when Vialli was sacked and also Leicester when Steve Guppy scored to pretty much cost us the league but in a normal league match, the defeat to QPR is the worst for me.

Lost that too.
