Its gonna take a long time to get over this for all of us but the plus point is that we have time this season to sort things out. The players like Joe Cole and JT will be very hurt by this result and the performance and will be more motivated than ever to sort it out because its unacceptable. We Have left still: = A revenge mission at WHL = Home Matches with Arsenal & Man Utd = Race for the Premiership = Battles for the Champions League Now, i know it looks unlikely but we can still save this season. Its up to the players to sort themselves out and just play how they know. Even if we end up with nothing, i'll love to stuff yids, arse and mancs or even at least 1 or 2 of em. This season has been nothing short of a disaster but its not over yet. We can still do something. Spose we just have to try and get behind them as best we can.

The players deserve the flack too tho. They were the main ppl in the game. With the players who played, regardless who played or if they were in form, they were all 10x better than each of theirs on paper. too many players didnt give 100% and they must be noticed too in such an inept showing.

Todays performance was the lowest of the low for me. I know some members have had it worse but for Chelsea in this current situation who can buy anyone, win anything, losing to barnsley is an out rage. I cant believe what i just watched, it like nothing ive ever seen before. Yes ive seen us lose at home to Millwall and Stoke and 4-2 home to wimbledon but we were only an average prem team then. The Chelsea of 2008 should NEVER lose to a team like that! its a disgrace and this is the worst defeat of my 13 years supporting the club. complete embarassment.

in my 13 seasons of supporting Chelsea, that really is the lowest of the low. i dunno what to say, i'm lost for words. This is worse than losing all the Champions League Semi's, its worse than that steve guppy equaliser 9 years ago, its worse than being 2-0 up against arsenal with 15 mins to go then losing 3-2. I'm embarraced as hell. All the stick and abuse i gave to liverpool fans when barnsley knocked them out, the abuse i gave to arsenal fans after man utd beat them 4-0 and the abuse i gave mancs today. I would rather lose to Man Utd 4-0 than lose to a shit mid table championship side like Barnsley. at the end of the day, we have no bottle. Look ar barnsley, they gave everything they had for the cause, they know technically they aint the best but they gave 110% and got through. Then you have us.......International superstars. obviously you cant predict who's gonna get who but surely we cant get liverpool or barca again! My feeling is that we will get Roma, Man Utd will get Barca and Arsenal will get Schalke. That will then leave liverpool to get Fenerbahce back in Istanbul where they never shut up about and set up an all English Semi Final draw. One catch tho.......Barca will knock Man Utd out.
