if hes still in charge next season, we shouldnt hesitate in accepting the intertoto cup invitation. I can't wait til the season is over if i'm honest, whether we win 0,1 or 2 trophies, i just can't wait to start again because this season has been a disaster in more ways than one.

oh there will be a clearout alright. I reckon RA is planning something pretty destructive, he must be absolutely outraged atm. The likes of Sidwell, Malouda, Pizarro, and of course the manager himself have to go. Well i say destructive, i dont think much needs to change really but the handfull of things that are bad witthin the club which i mentioned above have got to be erased and soon. On the other hand, theres no need us buying loads of players because we have enough anyway and we have a great base. Ballack isn't Ballocks, he's been better than Essien this season and him and lampard have looked good together recently. Essien was awesome last year but this season hes been very low par. Not much needs to change, but the things that need to change are very noticeable. We're not far away. A few changes and a new manager, then we're in business.
-
yeah, they didnt fuck about did they. They were fantastic today.
-
i would also love Sparky. He was great for us in his brief 2 year stint and he's so passionate. He would be a very popular choice with the players and the fans. Ex-Blue too, Perfect. But is he a big enough managerial name for RA? doubt it unfortunately. RA will look for managers that have had massive success and that have won world cups and european cups etc.
-
yeah i agree with that. as ive said, 2004-2006 looks a million miles away from what 2007-2008 is. RA has done wonders for Chelsea FC buts its his fault that everything is crumbling. If only he had let Jose control the team and the transfers etc like he should be entitled too, everything would still look sweet but at the present time, its far from sweet. He wants to take control of too much and do everyones jobs. Look at Sunderland. Niall Quinn lets Roy Keane do what he wants, he leaves him alone to do his job. RA is just a power freak.

Arsenal wont drop points at home to boro, Boro are on par with west ham, Newcastle and Derby atm, terrible side. Arsenal will give them a right battering, between 3 & 6-0. but thats ok, they have dropped a lot of points lately, its ok if they win a couple and lose at SB. damn i really want a ticket for arsenal home......
-
whether its under grant or not, if JT lifts the trophy, i'll be happy. I'll be happy for the players. I hate the manager as much as everyone here but at the end of the day, i love the players and i would love to see JT lift the European Cup for the players, steve clarke, matthew harding, the name Chelsea football club and the Chelsea fans. We have a decent team, its just all about confidence and i'm sure we'll turn things around.
-
he'll be sacked when the seasons over because that cunting russian wants AG to win a major trophy and we're still in 2 tournaments technically.
-
i dont think man utd play great football. They havent looked that good to me all season and ive watched them a lot. Ok so we lost to Barnsley on a fucking mudbath of a pitch, that makes us a shit team? look at what we done to Everton in that CC Semi 2nd leg and Olympiacos, both in the last month or so. Those games weren't exactly a million weeks ago. If we didnt have a top class team, we wouldnt challenge for the premiership title, the champions league and both cups every season. Obviously you dont remember the games where we have played well. Look at how we dominated west ham just last week. We were awesome there. We cant expect every game to be an easy win, if that was the case then Barnsley wouldnt of showed up for the match yesterday. Whether you're the best team or the worst team, theres gonna be games you're gonna lose and games you're gonna win. We can beat anyone on our day and i'm fucking sure that we're gonna prove that from now til may. This season aint over yet.
-
the odds of that? well lets just say a fiver on that and you would be made for life. This is fucking insane, Pompey - WBA final i think but whatevber it is it'll be weird to see. Its like an early playoffs campaign. Even the Carling cup this year was good.
-
just because we think the managers a cunt you cant just say we wont win the league. we CAN win the league whether you think we will or not it dont matter, we CAN win the fucking league. Stop being so fucking negative. Yes we have a wank manager but we still have a top class team/squad. Get behind them.
-
well i want us to win things naturally but if its better in the long run, fuck it.
-
yep. its all good. Arsenal were shit and a draw was a great result for us and west ham have have lost 4-0 3 in a row. We still have a chance of winning this lol. Regardless of our manager, we have the players to get the job done. Ive a strange feeling we'll win it. Theres still loads of twists and turns to come yet.
-
This latest shit beats all of these 1) Getting knocked out of Europe by St Gallen 2) Getting knocked out of Europe by Hapoel tel Aviv 3) Getting knocked out of Europe by Viking Stavenger RA wont sack mr ugly fat cunt yet because he doesnt like to be looked at as wrong. Hes giving him til the end of the season praying for a mirracle that we can win one of the Premiership or Champions league so it might make it look like he made a decent choice even if its only himself he can convince because he wont convince anyone here, thats for sure.
-
It all stems down to the fact that Roman didn't let Jose make all the decisions and manage the team how he wanted to. Its as simple as that. Roman has brought the club up and now hes pulling it down.
-
we've not always had it sweet. Last season we drew away to wycombe, they are in league 2. Under Ranieri we scraped through against scarborough 1-0. They were in the conference then and now they're out of business. Man Utd drew 0-0 to Burton Albion like 2 or 3 seasons ago away and they drew at home to Exeter City only a few years ago. Liverpool got knocked out by Burnley in 2005 and Barnsley at fortress Anfield this season. Its only Arsenal that dont struggle against these teams, even tho if Burnley had scored that header instead of hit the bar against them in this season then you never know, Burnley were much the beter team in the first half. Shit Happens
-
I can see a 4-0 backlash too, we'll be gunning for them, their confidence is below zero and by the time we're finished with them, they'll be hoping the season ends as quick as possible. We're an angry team just looking to smash someone out of site. We always bash Derby at SB, we've put 4 past them on a few occasions in the last decade and were gonna do it again. Still regardless of the score, we will win.
-
least we can make excuses and say the pitch was bad and awful for passing in shit conditions and it was stopping in ditches and bobbling around like a sunday league pitch. Liverpool cant. We just have to get over it. We know that pitches can be levellers, it doesnt matter how good the players are sometimes, if the pitch is terrible and full of bobbles, divits and stuff, you wont be able to play decent football on it, its impossible. We know that on a good pitch, we wouldve smacked them 3 or 4-0. We can't deny that the pitch evened things up majorly. Whats done is done. Maybe if we win the league and Barnsley win the FA Cup we'll get em in the Community shield and show them what we can do on a proper pitch
-
played 5, won 5, scored 11 conceded 0. i would say thats a tad optimistic. If we beat Arsenal & Tottenham, i'll be satisfied.
-
i wanted a Chelsea - JFH reunion at wembley he'll be upset at our defeat too. I support cardiff now in the FA Cup because of jimmy, even tho they are welsh scum.
-
nope, thats what i genuinly think. It may not be what i want but this isnt about what i want, its about what i think. Champions league is our only hope and strangely enough, i still think our name is on it this year.
-
yeah i know but it still feels shit. All i'm saying is that todays is worse than those. for a team like todays Chelsea to lose an FA Cup quarter final to barnsley when Man Utd, Arsenal and Liverpool are already out and you have a chance to get to 2 more games at Wembley really takes some doing. Barnsley are an average championship side, not even challenging for promotion.
-
but i know we were shit, they used the conditions well and we played like a bunch of cunts who obviously didnt want to play against such a team on such a pitch. I was looking for Barnsley forums to congratulate them on but i cant actually find any like this one. I dont wanna be reminded of this game, it sickens me to death. I mean, this team lost 3-1 at home to fukin norwich not long ago. Now they are beating us and beating liverpool at "Fortress Anfield" Ive had some terrible feelings in the past, UCL Semi's, millwall on pens, '96 FA Cup semi, Viking Stavanger, Arsenal 99/00 and with England, losing to Germany in Euro96, Argies in 98, portugal in 04 and 06 but this one eclipses those. Words can't describe how pissed off i am right now.
-
harsh on sheva at the end but i must admit, 2005 seems like a whole fukin decade ago. 03-06 is a million miles away from this present day bollocks.
-
yeah malouda and anelka were the worst, Essien too was terrible, looked slow and dis-interested and kept playing slow weak crappy passes and gave the ball away. Joe Cole gave everything but it was like he was playing barnsley on his own. Ballack was comfertable on the ball and looked ok but the rest were just plain awful. This surely can't happen again. They have a lot of making up to do, starting with another championship team on Saturday..... Derby.
