  1. In your opinion mate, what are the mistakes/problems? How to change them? How long will it take to fix them?
  2. What is going on with Cole? I really want to understand. I expected him to play in the previous game for some mins and tonight's game too. But he wasn't even on the bench.Does Cahill,or Luiz know how to play at RB? Cole has hardly played. I want him to play in his natural position. But somehow I feel Jose might surprise us.
  3. Naa, it was just bad decision making on two balls, one from Willian and another from Oscar. Nothing deliberate in my opinion. He did ok though, but his previous two matches were better as far as his movements are concerned. But not a bad game for him personally, though I know he will be disappointed at his performance if he watches the game again.
  4. I am on the same page with you here and I understand what you are saying mate. If I way was to judge (if I am entitled too) on the team based on today's performance, I would agree 100% that this team has no character, and no fighting spirit. They showed none today. But when I look at the entire season, I don't see that at all. You can say that today was a perfect day to show character and heart. You are not wrong. But I can also say that they showed they have character against PSG ( after a week of 2 defeats) and against Arsenal....etc. I would not be wrong either. This team in my opinion does not lack character, heart or the mentality. But they lack CONSISTENCY. That is because like you, I and others have rightfully said that we have many young players. And at this stage they will face inconsistencies. I don't think Hazard was going to change this game but that is very subjective. After all we was there at the Palace game and that didn't go well for us. We as a team, are also struggling with our attacking formula. Something that Jose needs to work on with the squad and with the new striker(s). We are not linking up very well. Most people see that we struggle when it comes to very defensive sides. That is an area for the players and the manager to improve in. If you compare today's performance (not result) with last week's, you will not find a lot of difference. I think it is consistency mate not character. But I get your points.
  5. I seriously didn't know where to post this. At the end of the game, I was disappointed because of the result and how the team performed in general. But now about an hour after the game is over, I find myself furious. I understand that people have the right to criticize or better critic our team. But excuse my low IQ level, I JUST CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW WE CAN TRASH TALK OUR ENTIRE TEAM. Some people are just racing from one thread to another for the sake of posting how crap our players are. It will be normal if we say that x player had a bad game, should have done this or shouldn't have done that. But to go to say that the player is not good enough, or useless or just subjectively bash him is a total shame on these people who call themselves fans. Some people need to know the difference between criticizing and just talking bullshit. Yes we had a bad game. Oscar should have done better with his vision and passing. Willian was off, not the right decision making, and slow to release the pass. Ivanovich was clueless, running without a purpose. Terry wasn't sharp today and neither was Azpi. Eto was leaving the box all of the time allowing their defense to settle in and feel comfortable. Salah was not making the right runs today, especially in the first half and lost the ball a lot. We did not link up well as a team. We could have created more threatening chances but our passing game failed us. WE WERE ALL BAD. But that is no reason to say the team has no character. We showed character in most of our games. Remember, City, Arsenal, United, PSG? We have character and we have the mentality. We slipped today and that happens to all teams. Sure it is a bad time to slip, and we should have taken the 3 points regardless of how good or bad the ref is or the opposition is but still, this is not a bad team and the players are good players. Mourinho is a great manager, so I don't get the idiots who say he should go. He is a human not a GOD. He makes mistakes like everyone does, but to call him a bad manager and for some to be asking for him to get sacked is just absolute garbage. People have the right to think that it is over as far as the EPL is concerned.I respect that but I will disagree. I will argue that I am being as realistic as the people who think it is over. We have seen how things change all the time. It was all over and within a week City lost 5 points. Yes the probability is low but the chances still exist. It is not over for me as long as there are still matches to play and mathematically there is a chance. We should play every game like it is not over. If things happen for us then great, if not then we would have lost it with a fight till the end. These are hard, tough times for the team. I think it is now that the club needs its fans. It is not at the times of glory only. I seriously hope we pick ourselves up, as fans and as a team. We need to believe and support our club more than ever now. We will get through this, regardless of the ending results.
  6. Seriously man, I just don't know what is up with him. I can tell that there are pessimists and optimists, and I am cool with that. But this dude does absolutely nothing other than bashing the team, the manager and the players. He does that whether we play good, bad, win, lose or when a team does us a favour. He does it anyways for the joy it brings him.
  7. Sorry kid I usually don't do this, but you deserve it .....FUCK OFF. You are no Chelsea fan, just an idiot who likes to bash the team. Why don't you go support whatever team that is that you do support for a change?
  8. Willian should have released salah there!!!!
  9. Not a bad first half. Salah needs to provide more options and run more. Willian and Oscar need to pass quicker. Ivanovic shouldn't be running with no purpose at all. Needs to linkup. It is only halftime, I see us picking it up.
  10. Don't worry about that. Starting a third game in a row, shows that he earned Mourinho's acknowledgment. Mourinho will not be risking playing him, if the kid doesn't have the capability. God willing, he will perform well like the previous two games.
  11. Did not expect Schurrle to start on the bench. Definitely expected Cole to start, and what is the news with Cech? Hope he is ok and recovers fast. I am hoping to see a good game from Oscar today. If he is on today, he will be able to release Willian and Salah and feed Eto with good passes. Interesting lineup. Looks good. We really need all 3 points. If the guys don't put a great performance then I really don't care as long as we bag and tag those t3 points.
  12. Mourinho + a VERY YOUNG squad with tons of potential.
  13. I don't think at the level Mourinho is at he will be thinking in this way. He knows very well both are achievable. He will definitely put focus on both championships equally. A character like Jose, who always emphasizes on players that want to win, will no back off himself. He will approach both games with the intention of winning for sure. Bayer/Real are both beatable. They have been beaten this year. The players too have the character and mentality of winning. They are as hungry as Mourinho is, if not more. They need to add to their credentials so bad, you could see it against PSG. If Mourinho or the players felt like giving the CL a second priority, they would have shown that at the PSG game. I am confident they will give both Championships the same priority, and they will focus at one game at time. Whether they do it or not, they are already winners from the way I see it. But I would still love to see those trophies this year. Both are very realistic. They just have to go and get them.
  14. Too soon to worry mate, even if he doesn't show greatness in the first half of season. Remember he will need to adjust to the system and the new players. Part of his success at Atletico is his teammates understanding him and feeding him passes in the right places. I think we can evaluate him properly after one season. But ofcourse I expect to see some sort of positive impact offensively.
