  1. That's what the fans always say but ofter are football clubs actually able to upgrade for the long run? If we could get two seasons out of Dani then this transfer would be very nice.
  2. Oh he isn't? Then never mind. I thought he'd fit the profile for that position. Btw, we've been 'linked' at least with Alba, Mendy, Bertrand and Sandro in recent weeks but I guess even Sky Nigeria wouldn't take half of those rumours that seriously.
  3. Interesting that we've been linked with quite a few left wingback but hardly with any on the right side of the field. At least for me, upgrading RWB positie is a higher priority this summer although a new world class LWB would also be very nice addition to the squad.
  4. I actually think its better to end the season with a poor performance like this as it is now clear to absolutely everyone that the squad needs massive improvement for next season. No time for complacency here. Just like that loss against Arsenal in September, this performance will do us a favour in the long-run.
  5. Well... I've got nothing to say. A shocking performance and Moses might have just thrown his Chelsea career in the toilet with that dive as surely Conte will be looking for a world class right wingback in the summer. But surely they cannot fire Wenger after winning a cup? A silver lining for sure if there's any.
  6. I completely agree. Sanchez would take our attack to another level regardless who is the centre forward next season. I also think that Arsenal's owners can't resist a large check nor can Wenger who loves to money hide all their money in vaults or whatever. £70m? Thats basically Oscar + £20m. On a sidenote, I think we fans need to stop discussing money. Transfer fees have been out of control for a while and Premier League in its current state is ridiculously wealthy and so is Chelsea. I couldn't care less if Sanchez costs £70m or £700m.
  7. I know I've given the club a fair share of criticism in terms of how to handle moments like this with other big players quitting the club, with the way they handled Lampard in particular. This time it was different. It was just perfect with the substitution, the speech and how it all ended with lifting up the trophy. Goodbye JT. Gonna miss ya!
  8. Zouma career at Chelsea is done I'm afraid. He just won't fit to this system.
  9. Tbh JT is terribly out of form. But who cares, let's just enjoy the sight of legend while we still can!
  10. Right now Juve has much better team than when Conte was in charge. Better strikers and better wingbacks. Besides three amazing centre backs, Buffon and couple of great midfielders, that Juve team was filled with average players like Lichtsteiner, Quaglirella, Matri etc. So comparing what Allegri has achieved and what Conte achieved is a bit harsh.
  11. From 87 million to 140 million represents a 40% increase....what?
  12. That was a proper military strategy from Antonio. First, battle in the streets, cause some casualties and force the enemy to a corner and then later wipe them out with ballistic missiles in the form of Hazard (and Costa).
  13. One of the most underrated players of his generation...Let's hope this game has finally opened some eyes! And Conte better play him cause otherwise he'll playing in Barca, Juve or PSG in no time.
  14. What a WIN!!! Great tempo and amazing goals. That Ake-Luiz-Azpi trio could become an iconic partnership in defence
  15. That Monaco team will be raided this summer. All they will have left at the beginning of September is a truck load of money and Falcao. That being said, I would absolutely love this kid to join us! He really does remind me of Henry the way he moves, the way he scores those goals.
  16. Thanks for everything Diego. Time to say goodbye! He was fucking horrific today. Shockingly bad in absolutely everything. Cesc as a false9 would have been a thousand time better option that this turd.
  17. His left foot is the best kept secret in world football lol. Amazing crosses and free kicks.
  18. Very sorry to hear this! I hope you'll have good time during your travels. If you have time, I'd definitely recommend visiting the Netherlands, it's very beautiful this time of the year. And after the win tonight, the title is one step closer and it just might be won before you take off
  19. Exactly. And it's not like this doesn't happen to other top teams in the Premier League. Might not be the best league quality-wise but surely is in terms of competition. Today we just saw that again. Really poor from Costa though. Costa from last October would have scored a hat trick today.
  20. There have been games where the opponent sits back and we do not look likely to score a goal. This hasn't been one of those afternoons. Cesc-Hazard connection has been outstanding and I'm sure they'll cause plenty of problems for Palace in the second half as well. Costa has to step up though. Far too quiet so far.
  21. Calm down people. This is one of the best performances from Chelsea since Christmas apart from the two unfortunate goals. I'll be surprised if we don't turn this around.
  22. Dammit, first time this season the Dutch TV isn't showing Chelsea's league game. Any streams?
