Finally Lampard comes off, abysmal performance.

Game after game, our midfield continues to be nothing but a red carpet for top sides to walk all over. Lampard has been a complete spectator yet again, fernandinho has turned him inside out numerous times, their mifielders are having a field day with the acres of space in front of our back four.

Imagine what Ramires could do if actually had a midfield partner.

Lampard is completely lost. Fernandinho and their attacking mids are having a field day at his expense. He has no business playing in a game like this.

Expected it, but I am disappointed with the line up. Let's hope we can still beat these lot though.

Don't be so sure. Something tells me he won't start today, we'd leave our middle of the park far too exposed with him there, against the toughest league fixture this season.

Andre hasn't got the flair and technique that the likes of Oscar, Mata, Hazard and Willian boast but he is very effective, works hard and is due a goal for us. Great player, great guy and will only get better.

25 is young, Frank is 35.

We would have to go possession football for that and use him as a metronome sort of player, he plays in that role every once in a while during games, including in the last 30 minutes of our last FA Cup game versus City where we were unlucky not to equalise. Many here would want him in that position in certain games, but it's all down to Jose. I'd say there's no need for it now as we're doing great, six wins out of our last 7, but I'd love to see him there at some point this season.

Will he be fit for our game v City?

He is absolutely boss. To think we signed him for 19 mil at 40k a week whilst the likes of Henderson cost 16 mil plus add-ons and are on 70k a week. He's one of the reasons why I can't wait for the City game.

It the Ramires - Lampard x Fernandinho - Toure I'm worried about. Their attacking players are very comfortable playing in tight spaces and are very quick.
