Guys on here wondering about Jorginho and Kante switching positions to improve us defensively. after watching yesterday, and seeing Kovacic coming on and playing superbly, I think until we get our defence sorted our best plan for defending is to attack and keep the ball. I know its not always possible, but we looked superb going forward but terrible at times defending. Jorginho is still getting used to the Premiership and his new team mates, once the "Sarri Ball" system is totally implemented I think he will do the Kante role but in a much more attacking way. With Kante and Kovacic assisting we will have one of the best midfields in the league. I also thought Kovacic and Hazard have already forged a good understanding of each others movement which augers well for us.

Seems like the way we need to defend is to just keep on attacking. After we scored we didn't park the bus, we kept playing our game and Arsenal never saw the ball. Kovacic was superb when he came on and will be a huge asset to us. If the team that finished the game tonite starts next week I would be confident of a result. Willian started well but disappeared off the scene quickly. And Kepa seems a little suspect. But we won, are top of the league, and haven't yet perfected our style, so I'll take that for now.

Well we didn't get a striker and some people may be a bit pissed with our window, but just look at Manure and the Spuds and think about what they got during it. Spurs broke into the top 4 and dont strengthen so they aren't going to improve and United?? Well it's Mourinho's third season and that's usually when he has a meltdown and gets the bullet, and after that window it wont be long in coming

We have known about his intentions for a long time now, and our Board have sat on their royal arses and not sought to replace him. The blame for this is squarely with them.
