He isn't hurting us. Players make mistakes and he certainly doesn't need to change the way he plays otherwise we get worse. He is one of our least accident prone players.
-
Brooks would have 'advised' Roberts to look at the footage if we'd handballed it in the build up. Nailed on.
-
Let me put things straight in terms of handball, it is theeeee MOST UNCLEAR rule in football not even the refs, officials and rule makers know what it is, what to give and when it counts. It's given if they feel it is right as opposed something clear
-
VAR ref is the one who complained to the FA (resulting in a club fine), when Enzo and Cucu remonstrated with him v Ipswich and said he 'felt intimdated'. Wonder why he didnt review the handball footage ? Rhetorical question

This game was so much more than a Palmer open goal miss We were 2-0 fucking up, we decided to think the game was won with ease and did the only thing that kids do at grass roots level and start thinking it's done and easy No sympathy, and this is why we won't be challenging for anything, anytime soon
-
Yet even with all the negatives and shocking defending, we still had the chance to take that 3 points right at the death. Falls to the 1 player out of the entire team you’d want it to with a gaping, empty net from a yard out and he somehow misses it. Fucking sickening. Going to take a couple of days and perhaps some fortunate results around us for me to get over this one.
-
Sat back thinking we are billy big balls after going 2-0 up, walking with a swagger instead of acting like men trying to see a serious game through Baby mentality
-
Yep keeps happening and you can see the other team will score thats whats more annoying
- Today
-
It is definitely a clear pattern with this team and was under Maresca too. We take a lead (even what should be a comfortable one) and then our whole team seems to think “job done, the other team will fold now” and our levels drop through the floor. This more than anything shows how badly we lack that killer mentality as a team. You’d never see the current Arse team or the great City and Liverpool sides from recent years do stuff like this. They go 2-0 up and put their foot on the opponents throat. We go up and then go into cruise control instead.
-
Sick of these mentally weak tossers Fuck off
-
Its like steps forwards leaps back. Liverpool win tommrow not much better then was before they lost. We're just holding onto 5th really
-
Josh and Trev were nearly flawless the entire match and then inexplicably turned into clowns on that second Leeds goal. Seriously, what the FUCK was that?! These 2 points dropped may literally decide our UCL fate come the end of the season. We desperately needed them.
-
Can someone actually explain that handball rule? Is that apparently all good or whats the go? That handball play resulted in the goal... how is that not called back? If it was a foul on our player, it is called back. What is the difference with handball?
-
We need two world class CB's. This isn't on Caicedo, and he wouldn't have to be doing so much if we just had some CB's who don't shit themselves every time a high ball comes in. As soon as I see a team play hoof ball against us I know it is going to be a long night.
-
Mean nice as 3rd would be..we need to get out of 5th first 🤣😭
-
Nothing short of an absolute tragic result, the mentality of this lot are actually laughable As soon as they scored to go 2-1 you could fucking smell it Sickening result
-
Leeds two shots on target Apparently handball is allowed in the build up now against us, when a scouse ref officiates.

That Cole miss was unbelievable
-
One of the most dominant, one sided matches we’ve played all season. In complete and total control, carving through them at will and keeping them away from our goal all together. And then literally the one and only negative of Caicedo’s game rears its head again which is that he feels like he has to chase down and win EVERY ball he sees. That turned the game on its head completely. And then Palmer who’s finally rounding into form misses a sitter at the death from inches away from an open goal. That’s a fucking gut lunch of the highest order. Who knows where our season could’ve gone if we won that like we should’ve. I feel sick.
-
big improvement!

Caicedo has to change the way he plays because he’s hurting us. He’s way too reckless in his tackles — that red card against Arsenal was unnecessary, and he’s picked up several yellow cards as well
