RW Billionares is the key, it is my theory as they tend to be Christians will always favor Israel because of what the bible says. But when they are not it changes like for example during Obama adminstration who did not follow much the Christian believes but was more in favor of Muslim. And as Muslim religion is growing here in America, we got a mayor for NYC of that background that will eventually change. Religion plays a big part on this.
