We need a coach who doesn't play this possession football bullshit. It is by far the worst kind of football to watch.

Maresca is a one trick pony unfortunately. Even if players can do what he wants it is just not dynamic enough. His style takes away urgency from players in the way they approach the game . When we see crazy urgency in the last 15 mins of games while trying to win it or rescue a point it is because the players throw maresca ball out of the window and play football. I really really wanted to like this manager. Sad that he has not given me an opportunity to hold on to anything, any silver linings. The fact that almost all players massively regress under him speaks volumes.

Maresca.lost this game with his line up. What on earth was he thinking....he's got all the tools as a manager with regards to philosophy. But my god is he bad with his selections.... Not quite sure what he tries to achieve sometimes....

We need to get shots on target.... I found it quite odd that when we couldn't pass our way into the crystal palace box, we didn't try different approaches such as lots of crosses in.....create chaos.... Or lots of shots from outside the box. We were neutralized so bad, Maresca got caught napping and could not react at all. New season. Get mentally switched on now.

Silliness? It's an opinion formed on sanchez over a long period of time and even more so this game. Gittens i watched during his pre season games and his highlight reels don't really make him shine either. Do not understand his signing. If you have an opinion do share it.

Players not making runs in behind TRYING give and go's, no real closing down. Totally unprepared and not coached for this game. Terrible start to the season and the worst possible performances they could have done. Sanchez was so so bad. What are we doing with him. Really wow. Gittens as well is worse than Madueke. Downgrade

Gittens should not be a starter. He's a 10% better version of sancho. Bad purchase. Aston villa level.

I really worry that maresca might completely ignore him and play him sparingly.... Maresca is that kinda coach, however, if estevao performs g/a instantly then even maresca won't have a choice. We have too many players, and that is a problem in estevaos opportunities he will get.

Our transfer model is fairly simple, always have an overload of 5 or 6 sellable good players every year. We already have an overload so essentially, sell 4 buy 4-5 and repeat every year making tidy profits. Not too bad and keeps performance as a benchmark to be in the first team. Cut throat in a good way, now that atleast 6-8 of our first 11 are nailed on starters.

Felix was bought at 46M pounds. Highly doubt we will sell him at 20... He is contracted for 5-7 years, so we could theoretically loan him out for 3 seasons till he has a good season somewhere and then sell him at 50 million+ ..... He isn't on huge wages either so if there's not enough value presently for him - a perfect situation where waiting it out can do only good.

These dumb owners try to treat players like stocks. Expecting price inflation and making bets on young players. Problem being the bets are expensive bets....all between 50-115 million and all with 7 year contracts. Keep buying 5-7 players every year and then not being able to sell well. We were incredibly good sellers at one point of time till these owners decided to triple the squad size. Feels truly like a recipe for disaster and a united like situation eventually - where players go rogue and start posting things on social media because they obviously are unhappy. 40 players cannot be happy anywhere.

The Tunis goalkeeper is one of the worst I have ever come across. None of the goals should have been allowed to happen. Such low quality.

Hope we don't get ektike .... He looks bang average west ham/brighton level. I rate delap well above ektike. He's the next rooney or cole palmer performance wise. Serious striker and another from the unappreciated city youth squad.

Looks like there's been no training and a complete lack of game plan. Just a matter of time before they score. We are doing absolutely nothing .....
