If it was up to me, I would just offer £45m+ £5m add-on for Suarez now and finish that move off straight away. He is on around £100k atm, we can easily match that if not offer him £20-£30k more and it would still be a good price.The only thing holding that Suarez move is his history of mental behavior and he is out for the first 6 matches if he is signed.
