RDM may have a say in transfers but i think our board makes the big decisions, i doubt Hazard was his signing considering we've been linked with him for years... but what manager would say no to him?

Also players like Witsel (who we've been linked with) is most likely not his signing but again i'm sure he has a say in it.

I think Ol' Matt Jarvis has a bit of talent. Besides, to score eight goals for Wolverhampton isn't bad and his crossing accuracy is something like 30%. Probably not at Chelsea level but definitly a top half player.
