This is exactly the reason I wanted us to sign Luiz so badly, going to be such a great defender, can't really think of any young defender any better? Could be best in world one day - especially learning off of Terry, Alex, Ivanovic and Cole/Ferreria etc.

Torres is suffering from lack of confidence but will grow into this game. I really hope Ancelotti doesn't take him off, that first goal is all it'll take for Nando! Let's be patient guys. It's not like he's getting good service (except that pass). Anelka and Malouda are a bit blunt. They're not really feeding in Torres - They must stop trying to shoot from distance. I think one of them should come off and make way for Josh. This will free Essien & Josh to push forward and find that killer pass, knowing they have cover in the other player.

The team is good, but it shows what we are lacking now. A true winger.

This is something Chelsea will have to focus in the next transfer window.

We don't create chances on the wings as other teams do, and that is what we are missing.

But slowly the team that Carlo is building is looking good. David Luiz, Ramirez, top class!

Luiz is legendary, he's already adapted into the team it's unbelievable. Even when he came into that Liverpool match he played amazing, he took the ball of Gerrard in a 1 on 1 and he just played great, really hard to come in like that and adapt especially when you are down 1-0.

Apologies for my recent outburst on Torres...

... to put things a bit more constructively, Torres needs to be given the right service from midfield, he's had some chances to get into the penalty box and score but the Fulham defence seem to not let him get near, and I think that's because Hughes has tactically made his defenders to mark him out of the game, and so far it's working.

I think that with a good service (and so far it's worked, but just getting unlucky here and there) I'm hopeful Torres can score in this game.
