Yeah he showed he was quality & he could of been so much better, but fucked that all up snorting coke. Waste of money, waste of talent, they guy shouldn't be allowed to play if he's willing to throw it all away snorting a bit of coke. It doesn't exactly make the club look good either.

I was on holiday in Ibiza on Sutton's debut,think it was Sunderland we were playing.

Before flying out i put £50 on Sutton scoring first goal,call it a failsafe incase i returned from Ibiza skint(which was likely to happen)

Sutton should of scored a hat-trick that day

I remember Sutton in his early days with us missing some ridiculous sitters and just in general missing the ball and falling over. You never know though,if we'd have kept him he may have had a blinding second season. I remember the Flo/Sutton partnership being a bit of a disaster.

My team, based purely on flopping and lack of ability rather than being a coke head (Bosnich/Mutu) or being an invisible man (Bogarde/Minero),you can't blame players for lack of appearances or being injured all the time.

3-5-2 with Super Mario Stanic given a free role just behind prolific no.9 Sutton.
