It doesnt matter, 5 stars rating only means you did everythig right, not that you have to win!

A manager can do his job correctly, but that doesnt guarantee a win!

Well the new season just started 10 days ago, it'll be about 5 weeks till it ends. You can create a team anytime but you won't be able to play any competitive matches till this season ends and the next one starts as there are no inactive team that you can take over atm.
