Again, I see his points. But youngsters are the future in a way. They deserve a chance to prove theirselfs and make it in the hard reality of playing first team football for a big club. We can't rely on older players forever (obviously) but I agree to a large extent that experience is the key, however, youngsters need to gain experience also.

That's from the article and he's clearly having a cheap go at them, basically saying their not good enough. Esprcialy compared to Ballack etc who where good an experienced. Obviously. Lol.

Yeah we do not have many players who are at the right age, 24-25-26 region. Either they are old or really young !
