Kostas 1,468
I think it's safe to say we have reached a point when we should be placing the blame on the players, or rather our overblown confidence in their abilities/potential, instead of the loan itself. I'm beginning to lose count of the loans that seemed ideal both toevery single one of us and made sense football-wise but resulted in disappointment.McEachran is barely 19, he still has around 3 years ahead of him before the club gives up on him. BlueLyon 9,359
well if he is not good enough to play for swansea regulary now, i dont expect hes good enough to play for chelsea next season...josh, lukaku, piazon,...and other youngsers have to play regulary for other teams (on loan) or slowly get into our team (each month a game, and then if they are proving good, more and more chances for them). If nothing of this happens, they will never be good enough for our team, whille sitting on the bench. eventualy we will offload them and they will shine for other clubs. like borini,...But i still have high hopes for these guys
Sheva. 5,373
I really thought him going on loan to Swansea would be awesome, and he'd come back better and ready to challenge for a starting 11 spot.Boy was i wrong.

Joker10 946
tbh i am not that surprised by how his loan spell has went so far, first reason being Swansea signing of Gylfi Sigurdsson. He is a quality player and rated him for a while now. Second Josh has not played that much football this season, not for the senior squad or the Reserves for that matter. His fitness is nowhere near the level that it should at this stage of the season.I blame AVB and the board, blame should not be placed on Rodgers or Josh. CHOULO19 24,332
He's not even on the bench for swansea today. We should just recall him. BlueLion., Amblève. and Antoine Sullivian
Amblève. 4,995
He's not even on the bench for swansea today. We should just recall him.Signed. What's the point of sending him on loan when he won't receive any playing time?! I know it's easy to say that afterwards but he should've added a clause which provides him a specific playing time. Swansea weren't the only team out there which wanted him. I say, play him either here at Chelsea next season. These loans just don't seem to work out for us. Tell him to put on some weight in the summer and let him gain as much Chelsea first team experience during the summer tour as possible and, FFS, use him when the season starts! CHOULO19 24,332
So he is on the bench?Either way, he's as likely to get minutes on the pitch as Liverpool are of winning the league!
Mr. Ziggles 110
So with the Swans 2-0 up and Blackburn having made all 3 changes, I expect to see McEachran come on otherwise bring Josh back and tell Rodgers to piss off. :/
Tobey Gibson 14
It´s so dissapointing, 3-0 up to Blackburn, 75 min. played but not even yet he plays.
Mr. Ziggles 110
Swansea made all 3 subs, no Josh and it's 3-0...can we have Josh back, Rodgers... ya cunt? :/

Mr. Ziggles 110
Hindsight much?Got to admit, the decision to send him there wasn't bad. Give our youngster to a team managed by a former youth coach... a team that is screaming 'flowing, attacking football'? Yes please. Too bad that former youth coach is a boob.
