Joe Cool 388
It'd be good to give a few of the youth a chance in this competition.
Madmax 9,219
It'd be good to give a few of the youth a chance in this competition.+ 1Kakuta, Bruma, PvA, Sturridge and Ramires should be definite starters for as long as we stay in the competition. Laylabelle 9,534
Hahaha true.Think the Shed End and everywhere else to be honest be just a sea stewards. They're probably crossing their fingers us or any London team in general dont draw Millwall.Be pricey with policing etcBut defintly be nice to give our young ones a go,chance to prove etc...and not go out on pens! Ray. 217
Not sure about Millwall...I've heard about their fanst taking terraces to pieces! Also don't fancy an atmosphere like them against Wet Spam. I don't mind really, as long as it's somewhere not too far up north.

Aria 19
Anything in London, I don't wanna see ANY first teamer in the line up, fuck this cup we don't need it. At least give the boys a run-out under competition-like circumstances, West Ham home or something would do nicely.

At least give the boys a run-out under competition-like circumstances, West Ham home or something would do nicely.i don`t think playing all our youngsters is the way to go...we want to use the League Cup for them to gain some 1st team experience...playing with the same inexperienced players they play with week in, week out...will not help them get blooded into the 1st team.i`d say play Bruma, 2nd choice keeper (whoever that will be at the time),Kakuta,McEachran,Sturridge and Van Aanholt at the very most with some experienced first teamers like Bran,Zhirkov,Ramires.. (can always have some other youngsters on the bench to bring on if we a few goals ahead)also although it`s not a trophy i care too much about winning..(tho if we got to the final i would hope we do..) if we combine experience with youth,we are less likely to get knocked out in our first game in the tournament, so our youth would get more experience by playing more games in it.how many youngsters playing should depend on who we are playing against..if it`s a premiership team then 3-5 maximum..but if it`s someone like Orient..we could play more..but not an entire team of under 21`s.
