manpe 10,861
I calls 'em like I sees 'em.Geez, people went nuts for a while when that happened. I'm happy that the situation didn't overcome me and I stuck by Old Frank. Though I can't blams some of the reactions. It would be fitting if everyone unliked those negative posts they liked back then. I'm glad to see I didn't like TX's post but I posted some nasty stuff myself, so no excuses. Can't believe how fickle I was, but I guess I grew tired of the managerial merry-go-round and Frank was the easiest one to blame. One thing is for sure, he is a legend and will stay that no matter what. I'm not saying that Frank has done nothing wrong, there certainly was friction between him and AVB, I'm just saying that it's not enough to overlook everything else he has done. His goods far outweigh the bads.
SinineUltra 1,170
I got my car. I haven't gone over 20mph yet. I'm too scared that I'll scratch it. I'm also craving a Subway but I think the smell of Chili sauce in my new baby will bring tears to my eyes... Grats mate, drive carefully. It's manual right? It's always great to drive a car and figure out what gear is best for what speed etc to save engine or how to minimize the time you hold down clutch while moving. It's a big car so I imagine parallel parking might be a pain in tight spaces.

Blue-in-me-Veins 4,067
Suck it up. I have no one to drive me anywhere. I have to either pay for a cab, pay for public transport, walk or a ride my pushbike. You dont think i would? My parents WANT to drop me off and see the place themselves. However when/if they drop me off i try and organize for a bus ride back home cuz im hammered as fuck. So going there is the main problem,, having to ask and answer questions of who? what? where? when? why? and if there is going to be any drugs/alcohol? etc etcThen after the party is the same routine! Soo like it just so much of a hassle mate. With a car its just so much easier. And thats coming from me, someone who plans 10steps ahead of my parents especially when going to a party. Popular Post! Ankit 3,176 Posted March 19, 2013 Popular Post! Share Posted March 19, 2013 I don't believe in these generalizations like blondes are stupid. But still. . Blonde Convention : 80,000 blondes meet in the Kansas City Chiefs Stadium for a "Blondes Are Not Stupid Convention ". The leader says, "We are all here today to prove to the world that blondes are not stupid. Can I have a volunteer? " A blonde gingerly works her way through the crowd and steps up to the stage. The leader asks her, "What is 15 plus 15? " After 15 or 20 seconds she says, "Eighteen! " Obviously everyone is a little disappointed. Then 80,000 blondes start cheering, "Give her another chance! Give her another chance! " The leader says, "Well since we've gone to the trouble of getting 80,000 of you in one place and we have the world-wide press and global broadcast media here, gee, uh, I guess we can give her another chance. " So he asks, "What is 5 plus 5? " After nearly 30 seconds she eventually says, "Ninety? " The leader is quite perplexed, looks down and just lets out a dejected sigh -- everyone is disheartened -- the blonde starts crying and the 80,000 girls begin to yell and wave their hands shouting, "GIVE HER ANOTHER CHANCE! GIVE HER ANOTHER CHANCE! " The leader, unsure whether or not he is doing more harm than damage, eventually says, "Ok! Ok! Just one more chance -- What is 2 plus 2? " The girl closes her eyes, and after a whole minute eventually says, "Four? ". Throughout the stadium pandemonium breaks out as all 80,000 girls jump to their feet, wave their arms, stomp their feet and scream... "GIVE HER ANOTHER CHANCE! GIVE HER ANOTHER CHANCE! " The Skipper, Hutcho, NishC300 and 2 others

That's what TorontoChelsea meant with kids not having a car till they are mature. There could be so that if you really want to drive at the age of 16-18 you'd need to pass the driving / theory exam and would need to have an adult (who has a licence and driving experience, not necessarily parents) along side you responsible for you. In that sense, I completely agree with TorontoChelsea.
