Hutcho 8,443
It's more of a tablet than a phone. It's a hybrid between the two. It is too large for it to be used only as a smartphone, doesn't fit into pockets etc. Although it is an excellent choice if you want a tablet and a phone 2 in 1.Yeah its huge but thats alright with me. I love a big phone with a crystal clear display and always wanted the original NOTE but was only just now thinking of upgrading and saw there was a new one out (note II). And i will use it for everything (Phone, games, films) so i am sure it will be fine. I may just have to buy specialst Galaxy note trousers lol. Rmpr 8,977
@manpe, you seem to understand about phones...I am thinking of buying a state of the art smartphone next year (In Brazil those things are expensive, so it is a long time planning just to buy a simple phone). Should I buy an IPhone 5 or a Galaxy S3?I Know that by the time I buy it, it will not be the best one, but where I live things get a little late anyway.Gadgets I have: New Vaio and Ipad2, got both for College. I have a dumbphone right now...

Not sure the changes that have been made for the i-phone 5 though, so if there have been big improvements that piece of info could be failry useless. But i have seen it and i love the look of it and is the reason i have gone for the Note 2 because it is a bigger version of the S3. Hutcho 8,443
This might help, i haven't read it yet as its pretty long, but it basically shows the differences between the 2 phones:http://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/apple-iphone-5-vs-samsung-galaxy-s3-spec-showdown/Hope it helps. You have to also think would you like a really large display (S3 at 4.8 inches) or a smaller one (iPhone at 4 inches). If you're planning on buying next year, then I personally would wait either for HTC One X+ (should come out this month), LG Optimus G or LG Nexus 4. Getting a Nexus has an advantage, because those devices with Google branding get firmware updates the earliest, manufacturer specific devices usually take many months to roll out stable releases + they come with a lot of junk, which you can remove only when rooted. You gotta understand my situation. For instance, IPhone 5 arrived last month in USA for U$199, in Sao Paulo, it will arrive in December for R$1990 (U$900) - it is unllocked though. I am asking just to get an opinion really, I have enough time to decide, since I am planning to buy in Jan/Feb 2013.
Hutcho 8,443
Yeah @Manpe is right its all down to individual preference. if you just search i phone 5 vs Samsung galaxy S3 there are loads of sites. From a quick glance it seems most of the Tech experts slightly favour the I-phone then in the comments the majority of people say how they are all Apple fan boys lol. So i am sure whichever you pick you will be extremely pleased. If you don't want to wait i think you can buy international versions of the phones, however they wouldn't be on a contract or anything, but i am obviously not an expert on brazil so don't take my word on that. Mainly because it's cheaper, I like hacking and customizing Android (never gets boring) and they are sponsor of Chelsea 199 dollars? Really? Damn, it costs around 700-1000 euros here depending on the model. Rmpr
Rmpr 8,977
Thank you all.I wanted to hear from someone who is not involved with the media. I am a little deluded with articles, I always think product reviews are bought to favor one side.If you don' want to wait i think you can buy international versions of the phones, however they wouldn't be on a contract or anything, but i am obviously not an expert on brazil so don't take my word on that. The wait is quite good actually, I will have time to save money (wich I dont have right now)! I also want voice command to be in portuguese. You will be amazed, but we dont have contracts here. Well, we do, but you can break it anytime for free. That is why all the phones sold here are unlocked. In that case I would choose Samsung. Kezza 1,965
Actually there are evidence that a man named Jesus did exist at that time. Whether he had superhuman abilities is something that is up for debate. Same with Muhammad, except he is seen only as an Islam missionary who claimed to have been following orders from God himself.Jesus navas? Rmpr 8,977
Jesus was made up to explain the unexplainable before science could.Oh man, again people with no knowledge....Jesus existed. That itself does not tell anything about the Bible or his miracles. There is 100% certainty in the Academic Community that Jesus Christ was a real human beeing that lives 2k years ago. Whether he was Son of God, an Extraordinary Human Beeing or just a regular popular guy is for each one to belive in what they think is true. Hutcho 8,443
I personally am agnostic ( Stay out of the way of arguments whilst leaving some doubt in case i am wrong in not believing). Though tbh it just seems unlikely to me. Though obviously everyone has the right to believe what they want. In my personal opinion i think that being a moral person is more important than being a religious person, even though they often share similar characteristics. The beard and stuff is a regular Jewish look from many years ago. It is not like he was different (physical wise) than any other common person. If you lived 2k years ago you could have easily passed by him and not noticing. It was that typical....You are reading too much on the religious part. Take into consideration the fact that you are writing a book to tell the story about the world and for you Angelina Jolie has turned water into wine. A long time in the future your book turned out to be the most known book on Earth and scientists and archaeologists discovered that Angelina indeed existed and people at that time knew who she was, but cant verify if she made those extraodinary miracles....Horrible example, but you get it.I personally dont belive in the Bible and I dont care about your personal bliefs, but he did exist. That could engage some amusing experiments and they would conclude that Jolie indeed was a witch (or maybe in future-modern language, bitch). Kieran. 6,317
There is no absolute proof that Jesus existed. That is a fact. Kezza
