You can't walk for 1 minute where I live without smelling weed. There are 0 police. They just do a weekly check-up AKA come and get their own weed! You'd be surprised how great the quality here is in Scotland; both grown & imported. You can get Purple Kush, White Widow, Pineapple Express etc. And that's just from dodgy looking people in the local pub!! Then there's the local product which isn't great - probably best used in brownies etc.

It'll be a shame if/when I move

2/3 of all the drugs come from Brazil, Mexico and Colombia. If your dude is saying it is home grown, there is a big chance it is actually from Latin America...
