ruggedknot 105
It's about time!!I don't understand, and never will, why they waited so long for season 4!! Regardless of this, I'm so happy it's back. Watching it tonight, hopefully it picks up with the same intensity and creative magic they showed in s1-3!Its the way AMC do things unfortunately , and it works somehow . Cable shows usually last for 10-12 epsiodes , max and that only lasts for about 3 months at most . Its a long wait after . Speaking of another recurring show CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM started last week as well ! It's a great show, the creativity and storylines are sheer genius. If you ever watched The Wire, which was a bloody great show, this kicks it's ass!Woahh that's a stretch haha , I honestly think no show has ever , nor will ever match the vast creative expanse of The Wire . It was a one-off , the sheer scale of every facet of Baltimore was utterly brilliant in the way it was portrayed . The city is the character in The Wire as opposed to Walter White and Jesse in Breaking Bad , which is utterly brilliant in its own way . Two entirely different shows , I suppose you can only measure shows against each other in terms of excitement , which Breaking Bad certainly triumphs in . The Wire requires a more dedicated approach to viewing and one has to pay attention , but ultimately rewarding at the end.The Wire for me , greatest show period . Kicks Sopranos ass , as good as that was , as well .Yeah it was a great show You ever watch OZ, was sort of the precursor to The Wire, it ran from 97 to 03 and a lot of actors appeared in both shows.Oz was brilliant as well , HBO has made produced some fantastic shows , including Six Feet Under which was just - whoa . If you ever watched The Wire, which was a bloody great show, this kicks it's ass!Indeed, Breaking Bad is the best show on TV, by a mile.Walt & Jesse are the ultimate comedy duo in the first season (bath tub etc), second season too. Although as great as the show is, I disliked Jesse purely for his retarded decision making. Although the 3rd season was incredible, a standout episode imo is 'one minute' from season 3. My favourite character is the legendary lawyer 'Saul'.http://www.bettercallsaul.com ... I've seen the first episode of season 4 and it looks to be another great season. My favourite character(s) were Tuco's cousins from season 3. The bald henchmen. They were great entertainment. Season 4's shaping up nicely, having trouble getting a good copy of the 2nd episode but I think I've found one.Skylar White must be the most annoying character to date. At first there was a sense of sympathy towards her, now she's just annoying.

She has more or less no redeemable features and she's a hypocrite. Fucking her boss, and turning a blind eye to his illegal activity with his company. Yet somehow another form of illegal activity is worse (cooking meth). Bryan Cranston >>>>
