does FIFA get any sort of commision etc on any transfer deals.because i`d love it if we won the lot without dipping into the transfer market.other teams might actually stickwith what they have & not buy players ,but build a strong unit of players who would fight for each over.

Chelsea: KAKUTA DEAL OK

Chelsea will produce evidence from the FA which they claim can clear their name in the Gael Kakuta 'tapping up' controversy.

The club are still waiting for FIFA to explain why they were given a double transfer window ban before launching their appeal.

And a major plank of Chelsea's defence is that the FA authorised international clearance for Kakuta after consultation with the French authorities.

Chelsea wrote to the FA two years ago asking for clarification of Kakuta's position at Lens before making a move for the talented teenager. Lens claim Kakuta had signed an 'aspirant' contract to agree professional terms at the French club.

But an investigation from the French FA could not confirm that was the case and wrote to Football Association giving international clearance to sign Kakuta.

It is this authorisation which will form part of Chelsea's evidence in their appeal.

During last month's FIFA arbitration meeting which found against Chelsea, the French FA claimed they HAD subsequently discovered evidence Kakuta had signed a pre-contract.

A Chelsea source said: "There is a vastly experienced administrative team at the club who have dealt with these siuations over many years and to suggest Chelsea would ride rough-shod over these regulations is ridiculous.

"The club received international clearance from the French authorities which gave them permission to approach Kakuta."

Chelsea were also fined 130,000 but this is a set figure to cover Lens' 'training solidarity' losses after Kakuta left their academy.

FIFA's explanation is due this week and Chelsea officials will study it closely before deciding on their next move.

If the French FA and the English FA have fucked up over this, then why are we being so heavily punished when we followed procedure ?

Chelsea'sFrench scout Guy Hillion claims that the Blues are not guilty in thecontroversial transfer of Gael Kakuta from RC Lens, despite thetransfer embargo placed upon them by FIFA.

Kakuta moved toStamford Bridge in 2007, and the Londoners were found guilty byfootball's world governing body of breaking rules relating to the'inducement' of young players from abroad. But Hilion maintains thatFrench clubs should get their own house in order before criticisingtheir English counterparts.

"His [Kakuta's] mother is widowed and was responsible for five children and had big financial difficulties," Hillion told La Voix du Nord.

"Whenwe started to talk about a possible move to Chelsea, we asked her ifshe ever signed anything with Lens. She promised she had signednothing, nothing at all. Six months later, sorting out her papers, shefound a pre-contract. She didn't even know what it was.

"French clubs try to appear as the innocent victims," he added. "But that is a caricature. It is just a money matter.

"Afew weeks ago, an agent called me for Le Havre chairman Jean-PierreLouvel, to know if I was attracted by their best young player, a Frenchinternational [reported to be midfielder Gueida Fofana] born in 1991.

"Theywanted to sell him [to an English club] for a nice sum [about €4million]. Morally they were not disturbed a young player could joinEngland for such a fee."
