Then again the reason this hasnt been punished is mainly because Riley/the Officals saw it
misschief 24
Just about sums up what a joke the FA are really. Shades of Eric Cantona there. It was a bloody disgrace and definitely should've picked up a 3 game ban for it, otherwise what sort of message are the FA giving to players? Defies belief that they've decided to let it go. Matterz 67
He apologized earlier which propably helped his case, still shocked that they will allow this sort of behaviour!!! What a joke the FA are
diskoviolente 425
I whished the reffs would be something like they are asked to be ! Neutral and not predictable. In the forums when the reff is announced all go like "aah yeah the game going to be like dat ..." and they are always right. Same goes for the FA. Being neutral, replying on their specialists and not on their mood or something else, like it appears to me in last years

terry26 6
hahah just read that jose wont be charged - i think the fact that he apologised helped also might be viewed as Jose's payback for having the ball kicked into him by St wanker in the 3rd minute of the game and i'm a little worried that the FA will apply a "we rescinded one card already this season so you can't have another one" logic to the red card Edited February 3, 2009 by terry26
BlueLion. 21,491
By FIFA law, the FA are powerless in this situation. The incident was seen at the time by one of the officials, hence it being flagged - even if the wrong decision was made at the time, the episode was nevertheless (poorly) dealt with by the officials, and in that respect, the FA cannot intervene. Boss has got away with this, but I hope he is dropped for a couple of games because there are kids who will take inspiration from these players and copy their actions. Its disgusting behaviour and not the way to inspire the young talent of today.
warnie_666 1,081
Wel,, ifthats the case, Bann St Gerrard Captain of Liverpool for Diving all over the place and kicking the ball into a player lying on the ground. Young kids take notice of it and copy theese actions. How he got away with only 1 yellow card I have no Clue. Riley is such a DICK
Fulham Broadway 17,367
Bosingwa struck a blow for common sense. Hate all that play to the corner flag bollocks, should be ungentlemanly conduct in my book

Badboy 1,526
Thats a disgusting attitude to have. He's more than entitled to do so. Benayoun has no right to hold up the ball looking like a fucking rat.
BlueLion. 21,491
Well I completely disagree with that sort of attitude. The player is entitled to hold the ball up, regardless of race, creed, ethnicity or background. What if it was Deco doing it at the other end should Liverpool have failed to score? Drogba11CFC 108
Should I claim it was a bad idea on Bosingwa's part? ...Or should I do what I do best and split the blame between Malouda and Britain's new "Health and Safety" culture?
