When Roman came in and we bought all our players, all we heard from him that season was how it was a young team (ring any bells?. Some people have bought into that) and needs time.

Roman brought in Mourinho the next season and showed what a winning mentality could do.

I was referring to Poch. The team back then had completely different expectations to begin with compared to this one. 

As I said prior to Poch's appointment, what has he won of note? Nothing! We really shouldn't be surprised by how our season has gone.
