If we continue to play 433, where does he play? We need a good right winger, not a second striker.

Aguero plays on the wing as well, he could play on the right in a 3 man attack with Drogba in the middle, Malouda on the left.

No aguero would just fail playing out wide, he needs to be in the middle of the park in the final third to cause damage.

You're absolutely right. He isnt a winger at all and he would he just fail at Chelsea if he were to play there. Since Ancelotti finally realised that the 4-3-3 formation is the formation that suits us best, Aguero is not needed.

He isnt '' Premier League striker '' material and i would be happy if Ancelotti decides not to buy him. His price tag is too high (60 mil euros) and his wage demands are crazy.

We need a good young winger and playmaker.

aguero will be a perfect signing .... he can play as a winger and will be great also he is a second striker not a CF

he has a great touch very efficient with a great technique .....

also his movement on the pitch is more than great he knows how to be in good places .....

he is just 21 .... by the way he is not weak he has a great balance and he is kinda like rooney when it comes to that so stop fuckin saying he is not premier league material ....... and he has great pace as well ...

he is what we neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed

I don't know why but when i watching him (i try to watch atletico games whenever i can) i got strange feeling he should be our main target ! I'll be happy if we sign him ,he got talnet, he's young and definitly he is hungry for thophies !!! We need that kind of players !!

Being linked again in quite a few of the papers today.

£50m is the latest fee mentioned.

it will always be around that price because his buy out clause is 55millin euro's but he is worth it. we need some young talent like him because sturridge and kalou are ok but when drogba and anelka go they are'nt going to be able to keep us at the top of the prem

If we sign Sergio Aguero, I'll be one very happy man. Almost half as happy as if we got Benzema. Won't happen. Unfortunately.

[/qui will over the moon i think aguero is better than benzema. benzema done it in france but now he's at madrid you don't hear nothing from him and aguero has proved himself in the spanish league, at international level and when he played us he scored them two wonder goals

Think he would definitely be a great signing, he's young and talented, and unfortunately Drogba is 32 now. Maybe a couple of season playing along side him would set him up perfectly for when it would be time for him to replace the big guy

we could never agree to the reported wages he wants ..pity

Why not? Were one of the most financially successful teams in the sport. Lets splash a little extra cash on the fella. Its not money out of YOUR pocket, so whats the problem? Man City's spree was a disaster (except for Tevez) and they are still trying to spend a little more. Aguero is a bulletproof signing, snatch him up!

Because the club is trying to break even. We are already paying too many players too much money and things need to be changed. The football market is beyond a joke atm. There is too much money being blown.

This is true. Altough, until FIFA actually do something about it all we can do is try and keep up with other clubs. Lets face it, If we are to even make a dent in the Barcelona stronghold, then we need to spend a little cash... At the moment our game is a little to predictable. Very good, but predictable. A spark like Aguero could really add a certain Torres-esk factor to our already strong front line....

This lad is a quality player but when he was linked before there was a bit of rumour flying about that he was asking for something like 200 grand a week after tax - that's just ridiculous. I don't think we should bend over backwards to get hold of him and let him mug us off for wages especially considering there's going to be a hefty transfer fee as well. He is the real deal though.

Agree mate. I know its not going to happy and i don't think fifa will do anything about it so i guess all we can really do is spend big. But that said i don't like it and im sure most Chelsea fans don't either.
