KevinAshburner 1,270
i am sorry but if A. Conte doesn't take Chelsea FC Managerial Job 100% seriously from the moment he is 100% confirmed as Chelsea manager and doesn't step down immediately from italy manager job before Euros. He gets a F- Rating from me and we don't need a manager like that.

Plus I don't think it's that easy, he's under contract and we or him would need to buy his contract out.
Blue_Fox_ 2,086
And who would be the one manager to give up his chance to manage his national team at a major international tournament? Essien19
KevinAshburner 1,270
I don't see Italy going that far in Euros. that's why Conte needs to step down because Italy have no chance. the last 4 Teams for Euros 2016 will be. http://www.uefa.com/uefaeuro/season=2016/standings/index.html Germany Spain France Belgium Italy no chance unless they all click together and have better chemistry. the last few years prove that Italy have no chance. Blue_Fox_ 2,086
Might as well not sign the contract over here with Chelsea then. I didn't sign because the poor souls have no chance of lifting themselves.

There's a reason why international managers manager's contracts usually end after major tournaments. It's the culmination of 2 years hard work. I don't think City fans expected Pep to quit Bayern right before the knock-out stages of the CL started.
xPetrCechx 13,570
The FIGC is set to hold a board meeting on Tuesday when Conte's future will likely be on the agenda. (Guardian) #CFC It could signal official confirmation of Conte’s move to Stamford Bridge, which has been in the pipeline for some time. (Guardian) #CFC Conte is poised to sign a three-year deal with the Premier League champions, reportedly worth €18m (around £14m) in total. I'd have less respect if did just leave them in the lurch. No reason to Scolari didn't that time.Plus if know now whose coming hopefully give time to prepare before euros rather then after.in dream world anyway

Same but a losing manager is the last thing we need. He needs a deep run to keep up appearances.
