DYC. 7,542
Like Henrique said, if he is doing good by the end of the season then keep him. That's a big IF. He's 69 though. gr123
Fernando 6,585
Well it's like people mentioned about Raniere. He was just crap in the NT and now he's doing phenomenal. So let's just see how this goes. Don't have high expectations, so anything good I will be easily impressed.
Fernando 6,585
He's 69 though.Yeah but I don't mean 10 years. lolKeep him on a rolling one year contract basis if he is doing good.

DYC. 7,542
Yeah but I don't mean 10 years. lolKeep him on a rolling one year contract basis if he is doing good. I just don't see many club managers at that age. There must be a reason(s) for that.

Adnane 1,101
By winning the league, FA Cup and Champions League? He's too old to keep unless we manage to do the impossible.Getting top 6, Cup and Champions league Semi final should be getting him the job. People forget that Roman has always wanted Guus to take the job permanently, but the Dutchman has refused three times. He will be ending his career very soon, if he gets along well with the players and has good results, give him a two year contract, it would be amazing for his career to end on a high in such a big experience as coaching Chelsea, he is the type of coaches we need now : huge experience, balls to play the offensive football the fans and board obviously want and brilliant people skills, the only other candidate who fits for me now is Ancelotti, and he is on the verge of signing with Bayern. Only downside, he might be outdated, but hey, a few years ago he owned Guardiola's Barcelona so..

chrismada9 1,948
People who support Mourinho at the expense of the club aren't Chelsea fans. They are fans of a man, and his name is Jose Mourinho. I seriously cannot believe you posted this!! TheIceMan, Adnane and Essien19
bellion 170
Great piece of news. Universally accepted by all and sundry at the club.A rolling contract isn't a bad idea to keep him at the Bridge beyond just being an interim as I can see him getting the team to climb the table and have a good run in the CL. Popular Post! The Chels 2,502 Posted December 19, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted December 19, 2015 I'd love that, but it would be pretty hard to see him not only screwing Atleti by leaving himself, but also taking their two best players with him. Would be amazing to have Koké in midfield next to Matic and Griezmann in the hole as a second striker behind Costa. We'd essentially be Atletico de London with half of our XI having played under him before.--------------------Costa--------------------Hazard---------Griezmann----------Willian--------------Koké--------Matic-------------Baba-------New CB------Zouma-------Azpi-------------------Courtois-------------------Goddamn, that's a hell of a team. iseah100, chrismada9, Blue-in-me-Veins and 5 others

[ZDF Sport]Damn that's going to be tough. I guess City going to dominate for the coming years. Well as long it ain't United, Arsenal or Liverpool I could care less. City is a small team that even when they win no one cares. Everyone talks about United and Liverpool with City winning. lol

ZOS 580
By giving up possession and drawing them out, often targeting specific positions within their team and overloading that area when they are out of position.my question is, what if they chose not to get out of position? what if they're also happy to give up possession? which most PL teams are happy to do when facing us.
