Milan 17,959
Sky Sports News understands Juventus have approached Chelsea regarding a loan deal for Florent Malouda. The French winger was persistently linked with the Stamford Bridge exit over the summer after the arrival of manager Luiz Felipe Scolari. Speculation has failed to go away following Malouda's inconsistent form in England after a big-money move from Lyon in 2007. And it is now reported that Juventus' former Chelsea boss Claudio Ranieri has made an enquiry regarding the France international. Juventus currently sit second in Serie A and Ranieri is eager for reinforcements as he looks to loosen Inter Milan's stranglehold on the title. skysports

the wes 7,212
Juventus are lining up an £11milion summer swoop for Chelsea forward Florent Malouda. The France international has struggled to make an impact in his two season at Stamford Bridge after signing from Lyon for £13.5m. Italian giants Juve, managed by former Blues boss Claudio Ranieri, are now reported to be considering offering Malouda a fresh start. They are eyeing reinforcements after Czech Republic veteran Pavel Nedved announced he is retiring at the end of the season. A Juve source told The Sun: 'We have been looking at a number of options and Malouda is very high on this list. Let’s see what happens at the end of the season.' Malouda, 28, has only started two games under new Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink and may welcome the chance to move to Italy.

Kajo 176
Milan Locked In Talks With Chelsea For Florent Malouda - Report Malouda may not sign a new deal at Chelsea after all as news emerging in Italy suggest he will join Milan instead... Milan are locked in talks with Chelsea with a view to signing French winger Florent Malouda in a high-powered deal, according to reports in Italy. New details emerging in the Italian press seem to contradict reports in England which claimed Malouda was ready to commit his future at Stamford Bridge. The player himself hinted that he wanted to stay, but Italian news station Sky Sport Italia has other ideas. The report suggests both clubs are holding talks over Malouda's future after Milan coach Leonardo reportedy expressed his desire for a winger who can push forward to suit his new tactical system. The coach seems to have found his man, and negotiations are progressing well. Neither club have made an official announcement though. The latest news comes just 24 hours after voices in England claimed Malouda was on the verge of signing a new deal at the club worth €75,000 per week. http://goal.com/en/news/10/italy/2009/06/0...florent-malouda Edited June 5, 2009 by Kajo
ChelseaUSA 0
it was so funny reading the posts leading up to todays on this page talking about giving him away for free and so on lol. i wonder how much money a "high powered deal" is anyway
EskWeston 696
Hopefully in a deal involving Pato. If we are letting Malouda go then we must certainly have a big attacker lined up. Ribery, Aguero, Pato....
