Looks a bit like he has regressed slightly (although young inexperienced player who is playing in a struggling team - always inevitable) but I do rate him.

Whether we need him or not is another question, he isn’t the most combative and we definitely need someone more of that ilk incase Caicedo gets injured/suspended given Lavia’s fitness.

Guehi would be a good additional IMO. Looked like he had really kicked on last season as well as his performances at the Euros. Price is going to be difficult. If it’s over £40-45m, walk away.

Even if Mainoo was available, why the fuck would we even consider him? We’ve got Enzo, Caicedo, Lavia, and Santos. Even accounting for Lavia’s injuries were well stocked in CM.

Hm, to me it is by far our weakest position - only a couple of teams have scored more goals than us, even AFTER the goal drought from the last few games, but all season we've been conceding more than the other teams at the top of the table. 

Being a team that is a nightmare to score against would take us to a different level almost immediately imo.

I think there is a lot of recency bias in football, so the fact we didn't score many in the last few games turns focus to that. But the real problem in our team is for sure CB+GK situation.

Very good competition for NJ would be the icing on the cake to me.

Yep, he looks like a solid talent but after a promising few appearances last season he has kind of disappeared. Massively overhyped too early. 

There were United fans on RedCafe asking if he was a £100m player, ffs! 🤦‍♂️

until recently we were the best attack in the league 

an addition to mudryk makes perfect sense if he's suspended, but that's it.

apart from that, we need a central defender, which is the most important thing, to stabilize the defence.

everything started to fall apart with the injuries to fofana and lavia. it's no coincidence
