They'd agreed a £47m loan to buy obligation deal with West Ham for Paqueta apparently. Asensio was around £13m too. So could they be offering same as Bayern, but with an obligation instead of an option perhaps?

Asensio is going to Fenerbahce.

Yes, my point exactly. Both Paqueta and Asensio deals have fallen through. They have £60m available now that they didn't previously have. They are also 3 games without a goal and are desperate. Putting everything together it seems the likely destination for Jackson.

I think even financially Bayern loan was better. 20m guaranteed and even if he is back on our books we could still sell him for the same price we'll sell him tomorrow.

Depends what counts towards UEFAs requirements, an obligation Vs an option

I think both Jackson and Guiu are striker options. With Pedro able to play behind them

And when Palmer returns presumably the first match back from the break? Guiu back on the bench never playing? This is why I don’t know why we recalled him. Jackson I get.
