A player like chalobah won't get the minutes to impress, if mikel is eating them up. You could say the same with ivanovic, Oscar ect... Chelsea has never been a meritocracy

I do feel he was under the wron manager but the damage is done now and hes got into some bad ways. Hes among a few thats stopping us from going forward.
