Rhino's Skin 972
So he has an agreement to return somedaySensationlist headline doesnt reflect the story thoughhttp://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34928364and if he were to come back in some sort of coaching capacity, I hope it would be for the right reasons such as he has the relevant qualifications, experience and is actually better than what we have

Johnnyeye 7,501
here is more :http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11668/10078599/didier-drogba-winning-the-champions-league-was-the-highlight-of-my-football-careerLegend, damn i miss him so much... he did mention the big characters in the Chelsea dressing room and how they were all leaders, we can all see the big difference then and now. I wonder who will take the mantle when Terry eventually retires ? For me that´s the kind of character that defined Chelsea for many years and made us so successful, a team with fighters and winners, never say die attitude, great resilience and passion. I want that feeling back so bad, we all do. Thanks for the link mate, cheers and all the best didierforever and stroey

Thanks for the link mate, cheers and all the best Yeah mate Ballack said the same, that we have no leaders compared to their era.Drogba, Essien, Ballack, JT, Lamps, Makalele, Cech. What a generation. Right now we have too many shy and lazy guys. For the coming years it will be Cahill and Ivanovic if he stays. But for the future I see Azpi as a great leader. Maybe Fabregas if we switch to a system that suits him more (4-3-3). Courtois and Zouma also have potential. Johnnyeye

Thanks a lot mate, i´m watching it now Drogba is a legend and faithful to Chelsea, it´s great that he won´t be joining a premier league team on loan out of respect for us, i hope he sticks to his word. I think Lampard should have done the same last season, but in the end it wasn´t costly for us, thankfully. Cheers stroey

!Hazard! 3,394
Abramovich is considering bringing back Drogba as part of a new coaching set-up either under Hiddink or new man next summer (Telegraph) #CFCIt was always going to happen. True legend and the Bridge is the place where he belongs. Let's hope Lamps and Terry are going to be part of the coaching team as well or doing something related to the club. The three giants of the Roman era, and nobody apart from Cech comes even close. ZanSnake
ZanSnake 1,211
Want to build a dynasty, start with training the man to be the proper face up -- likes of the 'Old Guard' -- to become an eventual manager. Youth Team Manager to Reserve Manager to Assistant Coach (like Steve Holland), to then eventual manager. Let them choice tactics and team selection for the League Cup, or take charge of every other training session. Would love to see someone like Drogba or JT as manager one day.Real passion for the club, and thoroughly bled through the system as player, coach and manager. didierforever and iseah100
