Following his career closely, I doubted he even said 'Mourinho wants me there' (as stated in the article) let alone the desperate part they added to the title - but not found in his supposed words in the article (as far as I can say, I didn't read it all, just let my eyes go through most of it).

Also this is a rumor. He is not coming here. While I don't believe Mourinho for one second when he says Rooney or bust, I think they're focused on making that happen now.

He won't come here. He doesn't want to stay in RM where he feels he isn't appreciated enough, he won't come to a place where he isn't their main option to the position... he needs to play to be sharp to the wc next year. That's his main goal.

overrated and sucks against better teams. especially his CL record is awful. also seems to have no self-reflection as he expected that thousands of clubs would want him but he still is at RM because nobody even wants to pay 30 m for him. his father and himself just miscalculated the situation. would surely be an improvement on Torres and maybe even Ba, but he is not the world-class striker we really need. also rumour seems BS to me.

and also to people saying rooney worse than higuain...what? rooney is a world-class striker and minimum one level above Higuain. rooney has some balls and proves himself in important matches and under immense pressure. higuain always crumbles as soon as there is some pressure in an important match.

honestly speaking i feel torres is as good as higuain, which means they both suck equally bad. atleast torres used to be world class but in no way can any1 justify 35mil for higuain. that is just bad business.

also he exactly NOT what we NEED right now, in my opinion. we need some1 like rooney or even zlatan (absolute last resort). we need some1 who can be an aerial threat, a game changer, some1 who can take long shots and some1 who can soak the pressure. for me higuain has none of these qualities. i have seen him play in RM games and a bit for argentina and simply cant see how he is an upgrade from our current strike force or what exactly he brings to the table.

also its so weird that a brazilian likes an argentinian footballer so much, whats up?

YES! I really want Higuain at CFC he is a beast. I know that he flopped in big games but i really think it would be different here.

He is very hungry for titles as he did not win alot at RM. He has freedom here because he has no player of Benzema's quality to compete with.

When Gonzalo is in-form he plays like one of the best strikers in the world such a beast his runs, his worke-ethic etc. would be vital for us.
