Wellinton probably the best striker I've played with in the game.

After a few separate career modes (different saved games). I've noticed half of the players who develop 'vary', for example.. Lamela got to level 85+ on a previous career, yet on a separate career, he only gets to 75+ (at the same point in time). So the player development of at least half the players on the game, is not guaranteed for every separate career.

Yeah I think Lamela level is 85 for me right now. I think they may vary by how use the player, you may play him more in one of the career mode than the other? also might be their form, maybe his has been playing better in the career where his developed more.

I've never signed/managed Lamela (and the bunch of other examples) in both careers. So it's nothing to do with playing time or form, as he starts off as a sub anyway.
