He’s had his good moments for us, TBF. He’s in the Torres territory for now but could soon be in the same bracket as Drinkwater/Bakayoko if things don’t improve.

I think that's very harsh.

Torres's presence actively prevented us progressing as a club, I can't see us ever getting to that point with Kepa mainly because Lampard will intervene before it gets to that point.

Maybe but I was kinda thinking more on the ‘good’ vs ‘bad’ moments.

Last season with Hazard and RLC plus Kante and Rudiger he was our best player. I think with better defence he won't be a issue. Yesterday he made two big mistakes but those mistakes didn't cost us.

It sucks when so much money has been spent on him, but the guy is clearly not good enough. He had a long time now to show he doesnt have wrists made of butter, but quite clearly he does. Big Willy is a better keeper.

Should have done better with Valencia's first goal but I don't think he could do anything about the second. That stupid cross was way too high.

He pulled his hands down. Seemed like a similar situation to the Ajax FK he conceded.

Im now one of his bigger critics but that was not his fault, had he touched it he would have potentially risked a needless corner or worse deflecting it into the net. Im okay with the 2nd goal.

Still doesn't make the situation any better. Had it not been for the PK save, I'd be signing a different tune about his performance.
