El Confidencial missed the bandwagon. This would have been MILDLY believable had they published this rumor a day after the cup final.

Kepas' behaviour was maybe not what most of people likes, and what we needed in that moment. But I am glad to see that kind of passion and hunger in our team with usually more laid-back people like Kante, Hazard, Willian... After all - deep down he was right, so it's all good if you ask me. We should work on that this kind of misunderstanding never happens again, not on Kepa's behaviour. He is a good kid.

Kepa Arrizabalaga’s refusal to be substituted can help Chelsea secure top four, says Maurizio Sarri

What was he thinking when parrying the ball into Everton players feet Tibo-style? I thought that bad trait had gone. Ok then pen is always a difficult save and the rebound can be awkward especially for badly placed shots but header from the corner was so soft, eh could have easily caught it.

It was silly of Pedro to try and stick his foot in when Kepa was going for the save.

One thing that is encouraging about him is that he seems to be pretty good at penalties. I know Sigurdssons went in but Kepa was so close!

He was great against Spurs in the Carabao Cup and in the final he was unlucky, but yeah he looks good in penalties.

Real Madrid could be set to make a move for Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, according to the TEAMtalk.

If the profit is big enough, cash in and promote a kid. We've got some good keepers in development and out on loan. My choice would be Marcin but I'm worried that the relationship with him has already broken down. He was offered a contract extension which he didn't sign for the usual concern about progression pathway reasons. No one can blame him when the club splashed a record fee on a goalkeeper who is only three and a half years older. Since then however, Marcin has been nowhere to be seen in game day squads at any level. Such a shame. He's a brilliant shop stopper and has the makings of a truly outstanding keeper in my opinion.

If we've effectively lost Marcin, then go with Jamie. A lot of informed opinion thinks I've got it wrong and that he's a better keeper than Marcin anyway.

It is not gonna happen. Even though it would be fun if the club were to sell him just to spite Cuntois. But Zidane rejected Kepa already once and has reinstated his beloved Keylor Navas. No way he will sanction to sign a third class goal keeper.

Perfecto!!!

Even ready to swap Navas + money and have a young kid as a backup for a year or so who can be integrated as the no1.
