Spike 12,049
I'll take the fight in Rooney's personality anyday of the week tbh!Just as long as it doesn't come with baggage like: promiscuity, threatening to join other clubs just to gain a pay rise, forcing his ugly mug into the TV camera and cursing, regularly elbowing people and claiming "Once a Blue, always a Blue". But other than that, I would love to have our own Rooney."Nice to see your home fans boo you, that's loyal supporters".

I know what you mean though but he does most of those things because he is passionate about winning! I get that!

OneMoSalah 8,886
Lol seen something the other day saying that we will put a £10 million bid in and loan him back to Everton for 1 or 2 years if they accept... at least its not £20 or £30 million if it is true.Anyway signing a young, talented, homegrown player can't be a bad thing can it especially with all these FFP rules and all this rules about homegrown players that have been introduced. Plus hes meant to be their best talent to come out of their academy since Rooney so that can't be a bad thing either can it?
Jase 43,479
Chelsea send scout to Everton to watch rising English star BarkleyChelsea are using Saturday's clash against Everton to add to their growing dossier on England international Ross Barkley.Sportsmail understands a senior Stamford Bridge scout will be deployed to Goodison Park on Saturday night with the brief of solely watching the 19-year-old.Barkley is viewed as one of the best emerging talents in English football, a fact that was underlined last week after Roy Hodgson handed him his England debut in the 4-0 win over Moldova.Chelsea are committed to their plan of signing the planet's best young talent, and Barkley is a teenager firmly on their radar. Indeed, Mourinho will have to pay in excess of £20million if he is to have any chance of luring Barkley from Goodison Park. The midfielder looks certain to play a key role in the English national team's future.
Tomo 21,751
Interesting, if it does happen that will probably mean Moses will be gone for good and one of our current 6 AM's will make way next summer.

OneMoSalah 8,886
Can't see Barkley playing as an AM in a few years so if we are to sign him I'd imagine he'll be playing a bit deeper.

Blue Warrior 109
Decent prospect, no point paying inflated prices for English players. Right now nobody has more midfield options than the blues. We would end up loaning him to Vitesse Arnheim. I want the Porto striker JacksonMartinez, who may be one of the best prospects out there. Blue Gino 377
If I had to guess Jose was referring to Luke Shaw. The club has been tracking him and I'm sure United will create a bidding war for him in the summer. He's not much older than Cuevas though who's also capable of playing left back but I have no idea what Vitesse will do with him, whereas Shaw is currently plying his trade in the PL already. I also don't understand where Cuevas will play at Vitesse...because Van Aanholt is going to be their starting LBAlso, the likes of Kakuta, Atsu, Ibarra are going to be fighting it out for the wide positions.
