He did his bit at Liege & Marseille. His short spell in Spain is the only period of his career that I would perceive as a failure.

That was long ago mate. Players chage sadly.

I was really happy when he came. Loved his character and attitude. And had high hopes pre season both last 2. But a player doesnt get sent home if hes good enough to help their team.

Hes just not up to our needs bud.

I'd totally be on board with that train of thought had we had Costa or Drogba at the club, but our last two managers have afforded Morata far too much time & it's ultimately cost us as a result (could be challenging with back up CF's at our rivals).

Hope this is the last time I have to mention his name in a meaningful capacity.
