Bournemouth are more attacking team. So might be a good game for Fabregas, Hazard and Pedro.

Yeah that was about right.

Now against Stoke is good to miss Pedro and Fabregas should go to the bench.

That was soo good to watch. Pedro was on fucking fire. Loved every minute of that game even when Courtois was called into action. We were relentless. Gone are the days of scoring then playing like absolute twats for 60 minutes. Subbing Bats on like that was abit harsh for the lads confidence... not sure why he would do that tbh. Also have to say... Willian was getting a bashing at half time, rightly or wrongly so... he was brilliant in the second half.

Good win. Good performance. Hazard and Pedro were a joy to watch upfront. But thank goodness we played Bournemouth. Might have struggled without Costa and Kante had we played one of the top 6-8 sides.

Wouldn't it be amazing to have Stoke beat the bin dippers tomorrow!! Keep the 9 point lead then we go humiliate Stoke! Jobs a goodun and a carefree start to the year!

12 wins in a row. Only 2 goals conceded. No Costa or Cante ans no recognized centre forward. Well all I can say is this

IN CONTE WE TRUST

The man has really turned us around. I am going to put a bet on us to win the Champions League next season

Great to have a dominant performance and comfortable win after sort of scraping the points in the last 3 matches.

Would have liked to see Conte use his subs earlier, especially Mitchy, since we have a packed run of games and it's important to keep everyone away from fatigue. Hazard looked shattered when he came off.

Went for Pedro for MOTM. Eden was by far the performer of the match but I thought that Pedro's individual brilliance in the first is what changed the match.

I wish Bats had come on at about 70 (if not start).  Conte was trying to get Courtois to boot the ball out of touch to get Bats on at about 90 (when Aina came on).  But, it didn't make it and the next stoppage was after the 3rd goal.

Bats was the first player that Conte seemed to speak to on the pitch and had a word in his ear.

So, he tried, but even 90 was about 20-90 minutes too late.

Tbf I did see him talk to Bats first after the whistle and he was rushing to get Bats on. Even so he should have been brought on earlier like you said.

Even when he was rushing to get bats on it was like 89:45 at that point.

Remember last year when whole forum was divided into Mou out and Mou in and we were loosing game after game. You wake up after the game day and see 20 pages of pure rage. And now theres like 3 pages after the game. Our winning run is becoming abit boring :D

This is why I've decided to shame my family and become a gambling addict this season. Jose got me hooked on rage, a rage I can only feel now by losing money, a rage I wouldn't feel like a Chelsea supporter without.

I thought you were shame to your family even before you started gambling :P

We dealt very well without Costa and Kanté. I was especially worried about the pivot because Bournemouth are no pushover. They tried and  I think we defended very well overall. I know it's trendy to say Cesc and Matic don't work in the pivot, but I think we were very well posted throughout the whole match. Matic will never play Kanté role as well as he does, but we dealt well with everything. And their best two chances had nothing to do with either player. Luiz was also very solid - again. It's becoming routine for him and that's something I didn't think I'd live to see.

I suspected Conte wasn't going to play with Barbshuayi after his presser on Thursday, although like many, I thought it would be the case of playing 3-5-2. Fact remains Pedro worked perfectly as a striker. It was no false 9 BS, he literally played as a striker and alternated a few times with Eden. Costa is very physical and while he moves well and has a decent run on him, Pedro offers something else. He's quick and I lost count of how many times he made those runs. The assist and his touch for the first goal were both sublime. Cesc does make it look very simple and easy.

Hazard was my MOTM because seriously, that's football porn. He was on fire and it felt like he couldn't be dispossessed unless fouled. And that touch for the save by Boruc (even though the referee had just stopped playing) was something else. He had 13 take-ons today - the most by any player this season in one single match.

I felt bad for Barbshuayi even if Conte wanted Tibo to kick the ball out so he could come in. That was already at mark 90'. There's no way for the boy to make progress and get used to things if he plays at most a couple of minutes (or seconds) every other match. If he isn't what Conte, loan the boy, sign him off, but don't let him go to waste like that...

All in all, it was a great match, one I thought we would win with scratch another 1-0 win with a lot of effort. It looked effortless to be honest and I really don't know what can stop us (other than injury tragedy).

Great job, boys and Conte.

We all thought this was going to be tough as hell. It wasn't. I was very surprised to see Bats not starting. This thing was a whole new strategy for us this season. Conte decided to give them the ball, which I don't think they were ready for. He didn't trust Bats enough, so he only counted on Eden, Willian and Pedro's pace & technique. Also, by letting them have the ball he didn't give them space and the chance to catch us on the counter. That meant that Cesc was never exposed. It was brilliant from Conte.

And, once again, the players showed up and trashed a tough opponent. I am wondering how Conte keeps them so motivated. This is our 4th clean sheet in a row, by the way.

This is better than anything that we could've imagined before the beginning of the season. I mean, who would've imagined David coming back and playing so great? Who would've imagined Costa turning into such a nice guy and yet scoring like a machine? Who would've imagined us trashing the champions, City, United, Everton, Spurs, Soton and so on?
